Bryan was unapologetic and downright rude about enforcing their rigid policy: within 14 days, you get nothing back. Outside that window? Still a $25 "admin fee" for a tent site. There are plenty of other gay campgrounds that are friendlier, more flexible, and actually care about their guests. Maybe that's why it was so easy to snag a last-minute reservation here. Pretty grounds can't cover up an ugly attitude.

They broke the original contract and the second contract and all the extra money for everything! The "Owners" Mike and Miranda Antcliff aren't even the Owners, the rumers from their friends are they are just acting as agent's for the Real Owners. She is the rudest person in the world. The rates were also super reasonable. There was also stores and lots to do within a short distance of you want to wander off the preserve. Def recommend and will be returning for many years to come!

It was a decent sized lot and I didn't mind the location but I was extremely thankful that it did not rain. It would have been nice if when booking you could see the actual site.
