I must add the service from the administration towards the renters is pretty healthy, in the office the staff is friendly and act rather quickly which is great and whenever you require maintenance for anything in the apartments the guys working it out are very professional, helpful, friendly and actually care that everything works correctly so next time they come is for something completely different, that is hard to find. There is absolutely no management on-site, and trying to communicate with anyone in charge is impossible. ​The maintenance process is completely broken. I have submitted multiple requests to fix a leaking/damaged ceiling and a broken dryer. After countless visits, nothing is actually fixed. The maintenance staff either lacks the proper equipment or simply doesn't know what they are doing. ​Every time they come out, they tell me they "need to talk to whoever is in charge," but management completely ghosts us. We have yet to receive a single response or follow-up phone call regarding these ongoing issues. If you expect reliable management and basic maintenance, look elsewhere. To make matters worse, the billing practices are incredibly shady. My trash bill alone skyrocketed from $144 to $155. There are so many units in this building that this price makes no sense. I have contacted them the second month since moving here and i still havent received a response. Thank god im leaving mid july

Art and Danyell manage the apartments extraordinarily well. They were always prompt on anything that was needed and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of . We rented a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of the K building and were very pleased with how spacious it was. The apartment has lots of storage space and the outside patio was awesome to use during the summer. They have onsite security with a 24hour emergency number to call as well . Overall my wife and I enjoyed every minute we spent at Rollingwood. Art and Danyell we truly appreciate what you did for us, even on the very last day of moving out you truly accommodated us and we greatly thank you for that . If anyone is looking for a great place to call home, I can assure you Rollingwood Apartments is a great place to live.

She took her time, and explained everything to us regarding our lease. She didn't rush us through anything. We did a very detailed walk through our townhouse which I was very happy about. I can honestly say that she and Martin the (maintenance guy) is on top of it when it comes to things needing to be done. Our townhouse truly has everything that you want in a home. It's very quiet and clean here even with our neighbors who have dogs. Everyone is very friendly and we just love it here. The only thing it doesn't have is a pool, however they do have an amazing summer program for the kids and its FREE. If you looking to make Fair Valley Villa your next home I assure you you won't be disappointed.

First off, the office manager, Stephanie, is just a ray of sunshine-- so welcoming, warm, easy to talk to and reliable! Stephanie and the awesome Colony Team (Leo, Richard, Nathan, Joyce, Rayne, Justin, David, Anthony, Leo Sr.) always go above and beyond to host resident events and bring the community together. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. Additionally, the community of people here is pretty great too. My husband and I made friends with about 20+ neighbors here and we would host bbqs or small gatherings. It was so fun! Moving was truly bittersweet. The only reason we left was due to job relocation but I would recommend The Colony At the Lakes to anyone. You'll definitely enjoy your stay here. :)

It's not worth the price to live here everything in the apartment was falling apart walls peeling off shower and ceiling peeling as well. My car got broken into and so did my family members since visitors can't park inside after 6 pm. You only get 7 parkings for visitors per month after that you have to park your visitors in street which there is a lot of homeless people breaking cars. The managers Pricilla and Karla treated us so rude and condescending didn't even say thank you when there was an apartment on fire which my family used our own fire extinguishers to put out no thank you or not even acknowledge how we saved the building from burning! No idea how they have there positions as managers during our time of living here people were constantly moving in and out poor management and insane rent increases explains that in my opinion. If you're looking for a calm quiet place this is not it. I never write reviews but wanted to on this because I know family's struggle and it's hard to get stuck in a 1 year lease. If you're looking there are much better places for the same price with much better living conditions.
