I thought maybe a one time issue but reading over these other reviews maybe I'm not the only one. Christian wasn't any help , when I told him I was disappointed with the service I was receiving and would send a truck to pick up the cart his response was LOL. ******Calling a person a joke tells everyone what kind of person you are, would you like me to post our dealing and you can show me where I was rude and demanded my cart go in front of everyone else. I am not sure who you are getting your information from but in no way did any of that happen so without doubt i can now call you a liar sir. Instead of just owning up that things were handled incorrectly you started blaming me, and people were sick, and you had to lay off a helper, and you were out of town on a family emergency. The above review was critical but at no time did I call you names, that's not a business owner that's petulant and something that apparently your go too.

That was 10 months ago, and now he doesn't reply to my texts or messages. Incident is reported to the local police, Better Business Bureau, and now lawyers are involved, with next stop being the Texas Justice Court. After paying him (via Venmo/Zelle, for which I have receipts) to replace the batteries, he was not able to sell the car in Summer of 2024. For every month onward, each text/call I sent him received a short reply (if at all) saying he was 'out of town' and I should contact him next month. It has been more than 8 months now asking for a few minutes on the phone and still no reply. If anyone has any information about a black, 2012 Club Car Precedent golf card, Serial Number: PH1238-314798, please contact the Nassau Bay police department (near Webster, TX) or reply to this post.
