The most disrespectful inappropriate office I have ever spoken to. No regard for patient care what so ever. Would not send my dog there.

PUBLIC WARNING TO ALL RARE-DIAGNOSIS PATIENTS -- INCLUDING KLINEFELTER SYNDROME (47,XXY)…read more I have been a patient at this practice since 2018. My most recent experience has crossed beyond disappointment -- into what may constitute medical negligence, retaliatory account deactivation, and a potential ADA violation. I have Klinefelter Syndrome (47,XXY) -- a federally protected endocrine condition that requires precise hormonal oversight. Recently, I was prescribed the highest testosterone dose I've ever received and directed to inject it at a new site. Naturally, I requested follow-up bloodwork -- multiple times -- to ensure safety. I was ignored. Delayed. Told to wait until December. When I respectfully challenged this delay and cited the medical danger of ignoring protocol for a protected class patient, I was met with dismissive advice like: "If you feel fine, stay on it." That's not treatment. That's performative medicine dressed as care. Worse: after submitting a documented, formal accountability letter to the office -- without profanity or hostility -- I was locked out of my own patient portal. No explanation. No transition. No access to the very lab results ordered under their care. This is not a technical glitch. This is structural erasure of a protected patient -- after raising a valid clinical safety concern. I have preserved: Screenshots of the deactivation My original prescriptions A timeline of every interaction The language used by the doctor A verified Quest log showing my results are still "In Progress" while I've been locked out If this review remains online, it means the office has not contacted me, has not restored access, and has not taken accountability. Let this review serve three purposes: 1. A Public Index -- if you are a rare-diagnosis or federally protected patient, do not initiate care here until this review is formally removed and accountability has been established. 2. A Structural Signal -- this is not an emotional outburst. This is documented procedural failure, logged and stored for future legal reference. 3. A Warning to Medical Institutions -- you cannot deactivate patients for speaking the truth. The public record will outlive your silence. If I do not receive direct contact and correction by the end of this month, this review will be appended with a case number as it proceeds through state and federal oversight channels. Until then, this record stands. -- E.B. Klinefelter Syndrome (47,XXY) Protected Class Accountability Docket Active Structured Intelligence Deployed Public Record Initiated October 2025

I am deeply saddened and disappointed by my experience with this office's customer service that I…read moreleft the building shaking and in tears. From the beginning, it was clear there was a troubling level of unprofessionalism that left me feeling genuinely disrespected. I have never been to an Endocrinologist so during the initial phone call I asked "What can I anticipate during this visit?" They responded with "I don't know, I am not the Dr. and if I was I would not be answering this call." This individual later asked for my zip code and when I provided it I also mentioned the city. They replied "We actually have this magical thing called a computer that will generate the city for me" I CANNOT make this up. Please listen to the phone call if you don't believe me. It occurred on September 30th at 1:12pm. I will not be disclosing the name of this person for safety/privacy reasons. I will show them the respect they so greatly lacked with me. I have anxiety and a panic disorder and I specifically left work early to be on time and was happy to see the location was only 2 minutes from me. THIS IS THE ADDRESS ON MAPS. When I got to the building I could not find them anywhere. I WENT EVERYWHERE looking for them. I finally went to a random office and they notified me that the practice has MOVED. That would have been great information to share. "Hey the address online is not accurate, please do not follow this location." I called and called and called called and called and called called and called and called called and called and called. I reached NO ONE. At this point I am driving around aimlessly SOBBING. I finally tried a different prompt on the phone and was able to reach someone in a different location, I am sobbing to this person on the phone telling them I just need the address, they tried transferring I said PLEASE NO, I have tried a million times and no one is answering, please I just need the address. She gave me an address and guess where it took me. BACK TO THE SAME PLACE MAPS TOOK ME. So not only did they have awful communication they are also not informed of their new location. I couldn't believe this experience and thought there was no possible way it could get worse....... lord did this office prove me wrong. I entered the same building with hope still when a random nice lady asked if I needed help. When I told her she says she is a patient of the practice and has their new location. Bless this woman. When I finally arrived to the location I felt it in my bones the person sitting before me was the same person who was so incredibly awful on the phone, I just knew it. They did not greet me or anything. They only crossed their arms, leaned back in their chair, laughed and said "This is gonna be good, let me get my popcorn, go on." As if to say "explain your self, why are you so late." They actually had food in their hand and were actively chewing as they were speaking to me. I explained everything and they said they are going to tell the doctor. I am standing in this waiting room full of patients and staff sweating, shaking, with tear stained cheeks being humiliated and treated as a joke. At no point did I feel that my concerns were taken seriously or handled with the care one should expect in healthcare setting. What was perhaps most upsetting was the lack of empathy from the staff. In situations where patients are already vulnerable, kindness and understanding should be a standard, not an exception. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. I felt dismissed rather than supported. That is unacceptable in any environment, especially one that deals with patient care. They came out from a corner laughing a couple minutes later and casually said we will have to reschedule. I kindly declined coming to the conclusion there is a higher power trying to save me from this practice. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call for the office to reevaluate and make meaningful changes to their staff training and overall approach to customer service. My name is Mireily Salgado if you need to search me in your system.

On my first call Dr. George explained the vast benefits I could expect using his service. Despite the ridiculously high cost ($1,800) up front for his annual fee I chose to move forward. He claimed it would take 6-10 months before I would start to see the results. That's 10-months of paying $1,500 per month in addition to the original $1,800. Needless to say after 6-months I did not see nor feel any positive benefits from his prescribed plan. Continued on his plan through month-10 as suggested, NOTHING! Not a single call to check in on my progress after he got his final payment and was unable to up-sell me on anything additional. It was only when my annual dues were approaching that he sent a text requesting a call. I explained there was not a chance I would renew and I had nothing positive to say about his products or service. He said he would provide a year's membership at no cost but I would have to pay for supplements and or prescriptions. Why, so I can throw away more $ on the products he peddles that produce zero positive results? Not a chance. I requested a refund in an amount less than 25% of amounts paid to him. He refused. Note: All payments for pharmacy items went directly to his account not the pharmacy. Clearly he was pocketing significant margin on all items requiring a prescription.

Not only that his assistance accused me of this as the second time happening to me, clearly mistaken me for another Pt. This so called caring Dr. Capeldi did not even want to see me and showed absolutely no compassion. If this is the man you want treating you and taking all your hard earned money go for it. I hope he does not make a mistake on anyone else and rob them of their smile, money, and self esteem. It's a shame because I went to him when he was in a smaller facility maybe he got greedy and to big for his britches. His reviews are so high because he begs Pt. When they are done with services to fill out a review.
