Never once has she made me feel embarrassed, difficult, or ashamed of being afraid. She listens. She explains. She gives me the time I need, respects my limits, and has an incredible ability to make me feel safe during procedures that once would have terrified me. What makes Dr. Gantes exceptional is not only her skill as a dentist, which is outstanding, but her humanity. She understands that there is a person in the chair, not simply a set of teeth to be treated. Since that emergency visit, I have needed significant dental work, and I have continued to return to her . . . VOLUNTARILY, to deal with issues I have neglected due to my fear. With every appointment, I leave a little more confident and empowered than when I arrived. Thanks to Dr. Gantes, I am finally able to take the steps to restore my dental health. The dentist was happy and cheerful as well as informative towards my specific issues and concerns. Their website was well done and very informative for me when I was doing more research on them, I especially love how they're a local business thats been open since before the pandemic and still go above and beyond for their patients. I was referenced by a close friend who is their regular customer and I was told I wouldn't regret my decision (which I truly didnt). I will be doing my future cleaning and/or extractions with them from now on and will refer them whenever possible. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the office is very clean and modern. The shopping center can be packed but there is convenient rooftop parking. I came to their office as an emergency appointment because my fixed retainer broke on the bottom and the loose wire was driving me crazy! The staff was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Diana and she took the time to explain the process to me and what the next steps would be. She was very sweet and went above and beyond when it came down to fitting me with a new retainer when I still had deep cleaning to do (as the cleanings could potentially affect how the retainer would fit on my teeth). The new retainer was done within two days, which was a huge relief as I was concerned about my teeth shifting again. I never waited longer than a few minutes in the waiting room during the multiple visits I had, and the staff was great in getting everything through my insurance. Highly recommend this office to everyone looking for friendly, professional and high quality service!
