The staff made sure to take down AND understand all of Roscoe's needs before we booked and again at drop off. But what was the best moment was when a staff member took his leash to lead him to his kennel. For the first time ever there was NOT a fight, hesitation or even a glance back! Additional concerns- both dogs have come home twice with upset stomachs, not present for drop offs and have had to change travel plans, unprofessional dialogue and blaming of other staff by the owner. As a fellow business owner, I would hate for my clients to receive the same consideration we did.
