One of the Worst Customer Experiences I've Had - Avoid at All Costs…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. This pest control company is a complete scam. They quoted one price, then charged me significantly more without warning, and when I questioned the charge, they became rude and aggressive. Worse, they started harassing me for payment--sending repeated calls, texts, and even threats over a bill I never agreed to in the first place. I've never dealt with a company so unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. Save yourself the headache. There are plenty of reputable pest control services out there--this isn't one of them.

Immediately following my post the owner of the company stepped out and was accountable for my customer experience. Not only that, he contacted me directly to listen to my concerns and proposed a number of ways to make it right. In addition, he had his best service tech and team come out to inspect the work and make any improvements necessary. I was very impressed by that and the follow up by his team. He continued to reach out to make sure I was satisfied. That's how you run a business and I am pleased to give him and his company the highest rating. As he mentioned, they're not perfect, but they made every attempt to get it right and make sure I was satisfied.

I would recommend ACE to anyone under unexpected wildlife siege.

Within two day he and his excellent crew were on site cleaning up the mess, for lack of a better word, left by Arrow Extermination's "wild life" department (who failed at securing the home), securing the exterior openings for rodents. My 85 year old mother-n-law had been battling rodents for months and months without success. One... literally one, visit from Matt and his team, securing exterior openings, setting traps and we haven't seen a rat or any evidence of one since. We can't believe it but it's the truth.. NO rats in the house and we are five days from initial home securing. His team also pointed out exterior home repairs needed that we were unaware of. Very thourough work from every single team member. We live out of town, and Matt is following up routinely with site visits to to ensure the problem stays at level zero rats. Just amazing service. Not only is Matt a champ at rodent control, his passion for wildlife is admirable. Any animal issue, I'd call him for. Birds, snakes, squirrels, etc. you name it, he's your guy. Thank you Matt, Andrew and team for the exceptional work and results!

My experience with Mayday Pest Control started with a detailed inspection by Jonathan and an proposal that was very reasonable. It came with a one-year warranty and the option of renewing yearly at a cost that breaks down to about $20 a month. Scheduling was easy. They scheduled my one-week follow up while Michael was still on the job. Both Jonathan and Michael, the technian, were profession and unusually punctual, showing up at exactly when they said they would. That's key to me. Michael was delightful. He spent hours at my house looking for ways these crafty rats were getting into my house and blocking it. His description of the work he was doing sounded like the perfect approach. It's too soon to see if all this worked. But in the meanwhile, I'm telling my neighbors who are also under seige by these rodents that have been displaced by nearby contruction. Can't say enough positive about Mayday, Jonathan and Michael.
