In the middle of September he contacted me about remodeling my bathroom and I agreed to get started at the beginning of October. I asked him for a list of materials and what was needed for the demo, he said nothing was needed. Day two he asked for some money because the guys needed some and he was low on money. I purchased the materials that one of the workers said that I needed. Later on there was an fyi you need more materials. Within the week he needed more money for the plumber, I forgot to tell you that the contract listed labor only not other entities. After asking him to amend the contract because most of the things on the original contract I took care of already. Next came 4 different contracts with different prices. That's why I stopped the job because you do not write makeup multiple contacts for one job and charging me to reinstall my toilet that was removed to install the wall, $21.00 for a sponge for the grout, a fee for cleaning the grout and installing the shower drain that I purchased. The list goes on but I wanted to give a good description of what I have been dealing with. He posted pictures of my home on social media without my permission and showed up at my house unannounced harassing my family for additional money on an unfinished bathroom. Hell, my toilet is still in the bedroom. This is worse than getting Gizmo wet. Whatever you do please save up your coins for a professional licensed contractor and workers. When you say something to him about things he does wrong then he either lies or argues with the customer. He just doesn't get it, that the final product is what the customer expects, not what is easiest for the contractor to do. The guy is arrogant. Whenever I send him a video of how I want things done he just argues that "we know what we are doing and we don't need any videos." Any shortcut he can get away with that you won't see with when you are doing a cursory inspection, he will definitely take it. If you are dumb enough to use him then I suggest being on the job site the whole time to monitor. Last job I had to pay several thousand to another company to finish/fix everything after Jon refused to comeback.
