After a storm blew down my utility pole and wires, i made several calls to get it taken care of…read moreasap to avoid more damage if the pole completely fell over. Other companies seemed uninterested, but when I contacted Christian, he asked me a few questions and requested pictures. He stopped by on his way home from the hospital after his wife just gave birth to his child a couple hours after I spoke with him. Without asking for payment, Christian climbed on the roof of the house and disconnected the wires to make sure they were safe and then would have a very reasonable estimate ready for me that day. He started work almost immediately and worked around my schedule. He was always on time and professional, and the work was completed quickly and perfectly. Highly recommend.

Recently I had concerns about my plumbing system coming into the house and I called Jennings for an…read moreinspection before I left on vacation. Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

Superb workmanship on reburbishing my deck. Gene and Josh were diligent from the get-go and I am…read moreso very much pleased. The weather for my newly completed project was perfect for, first, Gene multi-hours powerwashing a large deck, which included the spindles, the next day Josh power sanding the floor and Gene and Josh scraping and sanding the railing superbly, the next day hand painting the rails and spindles, and the conclusion yesterday with roll painting the deck floor. Tylor and a gentleman, whose name I forget, replaced a small section of rotted railing with treated wood, replicating the original pattern, and I will paint it in six weeks since the wood is newly treated. Tylor in our encounters from the very beginning was polite and communication was spot-on with my receiving a written quote in email, which I signed. Girldad being insured was important to me; and with that aspect along with Tylor's presentation and quote, my project was a "go"! I feel honored, which I relayed to Gene and Josh, that they dedicatedly worked my project. (Lattice replacement and/or painting was not part of the refurbishment.)
