They are a well oiled machine. Procedures went well and they checked on me all the way through. they called and texted next day to make sure I was ok. This should be normal practice , unfortunately, that is not always the case. I wanted to make sure that I gave them a great review, as too often people are quick to complain. Highly recommend.

Preventing me to chew as it allowed food to get underneath--hurting my gums and worse gave me a crooked smile which they charged me $6,000!! Still have not resolved this issue!! I needed implants but didn't have the necessary bone structure in my jaws. I required bone grafts and he told be he used "every trick in the book" to create what was needed to enable my jaws to successfully accept three implants. He's so highly skilled, explained everything he was going to do and did. I trust him implicitly. I now have another tooth that was more filling than tooth, and the filling fell out. My dentist recommended a consult for another implant. Dr. Sachs was my only call. Appointment Feb. 5th, 2025. This is THE PLACE to go if you need oral surgery. Dr. Sachs is the surgeon.

This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. I started going to this dentist once I knew I needed…read moreroot canal and my wisdom tooth taken out. First of all, the receptionist is impudent and has an attitude most of the time. I hate being there because of all the negative vibe I get from all of them. Second of all, I was in the process of getting my root canal and I know it takes time for the crown to come in from the lab but normally other dentist receive it after 2-3 week and It's been 3 months for me and still nothing. I call and call and call to set up an appointment and they never answer the phone call. I don't get why they even have one when they only use it when they want to. I had to go up there personally and ask what was going on and why they're taking forever to set up my next appointment and they apologized for the delay they say the dentist has been backed up and they're scheduled me an appointment right there. So I was calmed about that knowing I had an appointment coming up. But then when the day before the appointment I called to confirmed and the receptionist had told me that the office is going to be closed and supposively they called me to let me know and left me a voicemail but I never was informed of that. So I kept scheduling my appointments over and over and something always has to come up either the doctor wasn't there or they closed early or all day or the lights went off and they have no power. I haven't changed my dentist yet cause I just want them to finish the root canal. Once that's done I'm switching out from that dentist as soon as possible. I'm so disappointed.

My husband went there with tooth pain, he has a cracked tooth, we knew that he would need to go to an oral surgeon but he needed a referral. The dentist barely looked at his teeth and wrote him a referral, he felt rushed out of the office. I know that if you have pain in a cracked tooth before an oral surgeon can even take care of it, you need an antibiotic to clear the infection. My husband asked for an antibiotic and they said no. He made an appointment with the surgeon for next week, I feel bad that he is in pain and won't be able to be seen for a week. I had to call the office and speak to the extremely rude receptionist, after going back and forth she finally asked the doctor to fill an antibiotic. All of this could have been resolved if they'd written one in the first place. Don't go here, there are many dentist in the area I feel terrible for my husband that I made an appointment here for him. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
