So we called them they came out, we had them replace two seals in two bathrooms and replace the toilet guts as well, our bill was 926.00, but we ate it and said at least it's done. Now three months later the master bath toilet seal needs to be replaced again plus you have to hold down the handle for at least 30 seconds for both toilets to flush. We called them about it today, not happy to have paid for the first toilet seal to be replaced twice, and neither toilet to be flushing properly. They informed us that they guarantee their work for 30 days, and it had been three months. We are now finding someone else to do our plumbing. Their workers were very nice while here, I think the supplies that they are using are less than adequate. I don't know. But fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, and there will not be a third time for me or any of my friends.
