She states the Doctor is fine and all, but her last experience with the office staff was terrible. My wife has had many health issues of late, brain surgery , stroke , heart failure at 52 its very scary. Cara is nearly deaf and relies on her hearing aids, I now have to go with her everywhere to be her ears. Her charger box stopped charging her HA,s. I contacted the office thinking they would be more then helpful, was i wrong they told me 250 would need to be paid or they would not help. Mind you the charging box is still under warranty. We went to the ashland office to talk about the issue, and when Cara stated that the box was under warranty the gal at the desk snatched up the box right out of her hand. It was shocking to say the least. This conduct was way out of line. The gal went on to talk about a loaner box an original charging box. Refused to give her her original box back , nor the one under warranty. There actions over 250 is beoned mind blowing. My wife had limited understanding of things since her brain surgery and now she cant hear as well. Keep in mind. She had 3 sets at 5grand each time, sent countless ppl to this office, and even donated her dead father's hearing aids to them to help the poor over seas population. Shame on you guys. You will help over seas but not in your own back yard . NO Stars

I regrettably report the quality of service at this clinic is less to be desired. In summary, I…read morefelt like I scheduled and paid for a level two car wash, but instead was sent through the machine at a fast pace without any actual water/washing and then handed a dash wipe at the end as if the dash wipe is sufficient cleansing of the entire vehicle. Details: I have been to this clinic three times during the year and a half I have lived in the valley and not once have my hearing aids been plugged in to the computer system, checked for a software update, or cleaned/serviced like my previous audiologist office did. Additionally, my hearing has not been tested since moving here. My previous provider tested me once a year just to see if there's were changes in my hearing that occurred so she would know how to adjust the levels of my hearing aids. It was explained to me when I asked why certain things weren't done for my visit that insurance doesn't always pay for this or that and some of the service is a little bit of a fluff but what if your patient actually wants a higher level of care? I believe that option should be offered. So my suggestion to management: it should be made clear what each appointment will consist of and if your insurance does not pay for this or that that there is an option to have that level of service along with the out-of-pocket price for that level of service. Additionally, during the 6 years I have had my hearing aids, every prior appointment at my previous clinic, was at least 30 minutes long if not an hour depending upon what was occurring. Since coming to this clinic, I have literally not been in there longer than 20 minutes total out of three appointments. The one positive is I had to replace a plastic piece and they got me in within 24 hours to do so which I do appreciate. The doctors themselves are quite nice, friendly, and welcoming. The scheduling staff are also nice. I just think the quality of service that has been created is significantly lacking. My hearing is a crucial component to my daily life and my career. Hearing aids are extremely expensive. Therefore, the quality of service during my audiology appointments is an important aspect to my overall self-care and quality of life. The level of service this clinic provides does not meet my standards of what I want or what I think I deserve in terms of hearing care. I am overwhelmed with disappointment in the quality of service and I do not recommend this place.

I took my mom to see Tony and Aaron at My Hearing Centers recently for a new hearing aid. We had…read moreseen Tony a few years back but then another family member started taking her to someone else. Now that I am caring for my mom I ran straight back to Tony, because he was great! He was professional, friendly, and treated my mom so well! He really knew how to communicate with mom, knowing she is almost completely deaf, and he was very respectful. Tony now has a beautiful new space, and a team of wonderful people he works with. We met Aaron and Julie and everything about our visit was so nice. They were very comfortable people; kind and accommodating. Aaron was really fun to work with and explained everything to us very well. When I called the next day to order the hearing aid, Julie called me right back and let me know she got the message, and sent it to Aaron who would call me back as soon as he could. And he did!! That's the way calls should be handled! We'll be working with Tony again for her fitting and adjustments and we're really looking forward to it! They continue to prove they are a top notch company that provides real human interactions. I'll review about the hearing aid and service we receive after she's had the hearing aid for a while. Bottom line...these guys are fantastic!

I feel…read morecompelled to share my story to warn others about the unethical and exploitative practices of this company. My encounter with Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids can only be described as an unfortunate example of usury at its worst. From the moment I stepped foot into their store, I sensed something was off. The salesperson approached me with an overly enthusiastic smile, eager to make a sale. They wasted no time in persuading me to purchase their top-of-the-line hearing aids, promising me a "miraculous" improvement in my hearing abilities. The price they quoted for the hearing aids was exorbitant, but I trusted their claims of exceptional quality and transformative results. To make matters worse, when I tried to reach out to the company to discuss my concerns and seek a resolution, their customer service was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive. They showed a complete lack of empathy and were unwilling to negotiate or provide any feasible options for relief. It was clear that their primary objective was to exploit vulnerable individuals for financial gain. In addition to the usurious pricing, the actual performance of the hearing aids was far from miraculous. The promised improvement in hearing abilities was nowhere near what was advertised. The devices frequently malfunctioned, causing immense frustration and inconvenience. It became apparent that the emphasis was on profit rather than providing a genuinely effective solution for individuals with hearing impairments. In conclusion, my experience with Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids was a disappointing and financially burdensome ordeal. Their usurious practices, combined with subpar performance and abysmal customer service, left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. I strongly advise anyone considering Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids to exercise caution and explore alternative options. No one should have to endure such exploitation and disappointment when seeking help for their hearing difficulties. The one thing that really got me was that they told us my fathers 3 year old aids were no longer under the lifetime "warranty" (really just a service thing not a warranty) and couldn't be repaired as they were too "old" and parts were not available anymore. When they purchased $15,000 worth of new aids, they said they would repair the old ones for free. Hmmm, it's a miracle, they were able to fix them. RUN and RUN fast, they do not care about you, only your money.

Dr. Reeck performed major surgery on Bugsy, and his bedside manner is top-notch: he is empathetic, down to earth, comprehensive, and holds himself to a high level of excellence. He builds confidence in his patients, is extremely knowledgeable, and in a sea of medical madness, really owns his work with a patient from start to finish. Follow-up and aftercare have also been spot-on. His medical assistant, Connie, is amazing and an extremely caring individual. Highly recommended.

Since there was only one ENT group in our area I had to use the same group to get a 2nd opinion. I went to see Dr. Reeck for this. When i arrived he already looked angry or upset with me. He talked to me and got my history and then did a very fast painful jerky scope of my sinuses. He said they look totally normal. (Like I was faking or lying) when he looked in my mouth and throat I had a tooth that had a cap which had come off and I had an appointment with a dentist to get it fixed but it wasn't painful so no hurry. He said as he was examining my mouth, 'of course you have teeth that aren't taken care of.' Like I was a lowlife of some kind. I'm actually a retired nurse and was offended by his comments and thought what if I was low income and couldn't afford dental care? That was really unnecessary. When he looked in my ears, the one giving me problems had wax in it. He said oh my g-- you need to clean your ears. Embarrassing but when I said I had been told q-tips don't work they just push the was farther in, he looked at me like I was crazy, rolled his eyes and shook his head. I am a clean person and really felt he had formed an opinion of me and that's what he went with. He also did nothing to help me. He said my medical Dr. would have to help me figure out what was wrong in my head near my ear.
