After closing out at Pourter's, we walked into The Dive around 5:40 PM... only to be told by the bartender that they were "technically closed" and that the people inside were on their last call. This was surprising and confusing, as Google said they close at 8 PM and Yelp listed 9 PM...nothing mentioned early closure on Sundays. On top of that, the place smelled strongly of marijuana, which made it even less inviting. We won't be going back... If you're in the area, stick with Pourter's...great food, great service, and no weird surprises.

So we paid to be at a bar where we weren't given access to anything we liked and weren't told this would be the case when we bought the tickets. You have a whole bar there. Come up with another drink on the fly to replace the one you're out of. After several people complained, the bartenders said they would pour bourbon neat or on the rocks. Yeah, I can do that at home for free. If you are going to make people pay for access to an extremely limited menu make sure you don't run out of the key ingredients.
