The living room serves as the reception and venue for vocalist applicants, the driveway/small garage is where we sometimes set up chairs to interview those who want to go into production, and then inside is the band room. It's small, but it's got a full drum set and amplifiers. Shoes are not allowed inside, and while the owner is pretty easy to talk to, he does require you to respect. After all, the place looks pretty much like a home, so I wouldn't be surprised if he actually does live there. Anyway, since we are his "suki" already, booking is pretty easy. The place is known mostly to UP underground bands and has been a staple since it opened many years ago. In fact, it's one of the first rehearsal studios to open in the Maginhawa area. While the equipment do show signs of wear, they're still okay to use. Best of all, the place has a cheaper rate than most studios.

My highschool choir had the opportunity to record here as well for this alumni album project for our old school and we had the best time! There are 2 studios, the main one that can hold a full choir/band, and a smaller one on the second floor that's better for solo singers or smaller groups. Although the interiors are a bit old and not very fancy-looking, it's still a top quality studio, fully fitted with the right facilities, tools, and equipment. They also offer instrument rentals if your group might need it, and their friendly and super helpful in-house producers & sound engineers are always there to assist. The work was composed of 10 videos, 3 minutes each and I, being the sole copywriter had to finish everything in 4 days. It was my first big project and I was so stressed and shaken by the whole thing that my hair started to fall out. Luckily, I worked with a production house that made everything easier for me.
