Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. Being that this was a deck that I supplied, if its not listed in the manual how did they know how to do this? I must assume its because of their knowledge and expertise. The store front is very clean and they provide great customer service. When I booked the appointment I was told I could get a ride back to work, however, when I dropped my car off no staff was around to give me the ride. No apology. When I picked up the car, the internet was down (not their fault) so they asked me to come back when it was on so they could flash it. When I returned the next day they flashed it, but said they needed to complete one more part of the installation that required the user manual. I did not have the user manual on me (no one mentioned they would need it). No apology - in fact the manager worded it so the blame was on me for not having it. Came back the next day with the manual. They looked at my car and the manager told me the last part of the installation they were trying to do would not work with my starter unless I bought some extra parts for $40. He said "No one saw it coming", and again no apology. They install car starters - how could they have never seen this Canadian Tire model? I left. I'm unhappy with the manager. He didn't try to make it right and he never apologized or took accountability for any of it. I paid $270 to have it installed, he should have written off the $40 to finish the job correctly. I'd rather pay someone else triple to complete the rest.

I would not use ECG Mobile again…read more ECG Mobile installed a dashcam in my 2024 Lexus NX 350. The installer removed the driver's A-pillar trim to route the wiring. Immediately after the installation, the trim was visibly not properly seated. I reported this to the owner, Joe Lubitz, that same day, with a photograph. He apologized and later returned to adjust it, but the trim was never properly secured and eventually came substantially away from the pillar. When I recently contacted Joe again, he declined to take responsibility, emphasizing that nearly two years had passed and suggesting that normal vehicle operation, temperature changes or other causes might have loosened the trim. I then took the car to Lexus. A technician examined behind the trim and within seconds removed a loose plastic component that was supposed to help support the trim. He then pressed the trim back into place, where it fitted normally. Lexus charged me nothing. What is particularly frustrating is that a problem which appeared immediately after the dash cam installation, and which I reported on the day of installation, remained unresolved for nearly two years, yet was ultimately corrected by Lexus in a matter of seconds and at no charge.
