Audio Outlets installed a Thinkware Q850 dash cam with a front, rear and cabin camera system and out the door was charged $583 for dash cam and labor. Miguel was so professional and nice and made it clear that if we needed anything regarding the dash cam please don't hesitate to stop by so he could help with the dash cam. Next thing you know the buttons on the steering couldn't control the stereo anymore. Nothing major so I decided to go back. It's hard for me to drive over there because I live over an hour away plus gasolines prices on my diesel truck are expensive. I went and they "fixed" the issue but then again I had the same issue where the steering wheel buttons weren't controlling the stereo. Now I'm skeptical because I was guaranteed that wouldn't be an issue anymore. I took it once more and now the only one speaker was working on one side of the vehicle. So now that's 3 times where I had to go back I feel it's 3 too many times. I wanted my money back but they said all sales are final . I don't trust the service here anymore I own a $70,000 Ford F250 truck and I don't want to risk them doing a bad job and my truck ends up malfunctioning for whatever reason.
