Got full tint on my car. All 7 windows was a good price but the tint bubbled on the passenger window after a year. When I went to ask for a replacement they said they don't guarantee the front windows because "you're not legally allowed to have them" Wether or not that is the case, they installed them and don't guarantee quality. Got my daughter's car tinted and when I went to go pick it up, the back seats was left with a mess. There was a lot sticky residue and footprints left all over the seats. I told the lady at the front about it. She was super unprofessional and gave me an attitude, as if it was my fault! I was told it was just water and it will come off. One of her employees accused me for not conditioning the seats as a result of the sticky residue. Like seriously? Put the blame on me when the car was dropped off with a clean interior with no mess or stains. In a rude tone after going back and forth, she told me, "Well, you can just bring it back and we'll clean it for you." Why would I do that? If they can't even do it properly the first time, how can I trust they will clean my seats with care. No apology was given and was told it is not a big deal. Ridiculous! You can see the pictures for yourself if the stains on the seats is "water," as she claims. Super Stereo obviously does not want my business anymore. I've been going there to get my cars tinted since 1998, but I WILL NO LONGER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS! She and her employees lost all of my trust after this incident. Go at your own risk, but I WILL NOT recommend this place to any of my friends and family in the future. 10/10 for being great at losing your customers. I'd rather pay double the price elsewhere knowing that my car will be handle with care. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

They tried to keep my speakers that I had them replace still were in grey condition. Very poorly managed. I would not recommend this place.

Took my mustang in to get some speakers installed. Quoted me a price and called me while the job was being done saying that they had to charge me more money because of how "difficult" it was. My speakers started making a weird noise about 1-2 weeks later and when I took it back to them asking if they can see what had gone wrong was. That woman had attitude in saying they won't do it under warranty because they didn't provide the parts. I would have understood if it happened a year or 2 later but it happened a few days after the install which means they probably half assed the job and messed up. Instead of trying to help me out she just told me that she charged 125$ an hour for the diagnostic and figuring out what went wrong. This place sucks would 100% recommend going anywhere else. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT!! The manager or lady in charge has to be the most unprofessional person in business. After her employees or as she stated "independent contractors" worked on my car and DRAINED MY BATTERY she accused me of having a defective battery. I had just bought the car so there was no way this was the issue. When I arrived to check up she kept acting like she knew about the vehicle and clearly she nor the employees either. They left the navigation, radio and dash lights all on while they were working on the car for probably hours. After they quote "search YouTube" they risked jumping my battery on my hybrid and got it to start. I dropped my car off at 10:30am didn't finish until 7pm. And she still wanted to charge me full price never took ownership for draining my battery and wasting my entire day. She complained that her day was wasted!! UNBELIEVABLE!! SHE DIDNT CARE ABOUT ME AS A CLIENT AND TRIED NOTHING TO HAVE ME RETURN AS A CUSTOMER. read more

I was told to come in at 12:00am and they were to install speaker box with two 12s so I did. me and my girlfriend walked around for two hours with no other good places to go in hopes of them being finished but they hadn't even started. Had a new alarm installed and door poppers. Everything was good but my driver side door was damaged. Because the door spring to the driver side could not fit properly, looks like the installer tried to force it but slamming my door enough to have my paint cracking and a dent and blamed it on the paint job. Was the only place i ever went to get stuff like this done. Looks like ill be headed somewhere else. Pretty sad tho ive had stereo installed here on both our cars and alarms. Went in as a walk in on a Saturday afternoon. My JVC KW-V21BT was turning on and off for days while driving to the point where it wouldn't turn on at all. I went to Super Stereo for them to take a look at it. There's a $35 inspection fee, I agreed and they told me it could take 30-45mins for a diagnosis. I walked to Dutch Bros on McKinley & Blackstone, sat for about 10 mins max when I got a call that the stereo had bad grounding from when installed but has been fixed. When I walked back the total came out to $35.00!! Amazing customer service! Definitely recommend. read more

Don't go to this place, the lady in the front is very unprofessional at first she seems very nice and offers you a good deal on car alarms then after she charges you, and returns your vehicle after 4 long hours you notice that what she offered you was a lie. Then after complaining to her about the alarm installed in your vehicle, she turns out to be very rude and denies the offer she had gave you. Make sure the estimate is written on paper before you return for your vehicle. To make it short I got the cheapest quality of alarm installed and if I wanted the service they had offered me I needed to pay $400 dollars more which was ridiculous if I had already paid about $200. The same alarm is on Amazon for $33 dollars. read more

Work was done mounting sub-woofers behind seats , and I did not check the work until I got home. When I folded the drivers seat forward, the sub-woofer and box it was in fell forward. 3" screws were sticking out of the back of the box! Nice! I immediately called back to the store to let the owner know that this was not okay. I was told they did me a favor, but did not know what that meant. She then put the installer on the phone and he told me that they did not have lone enough screws. (would'nt you have gone to buy some more for the job?) Anyway, I said I would come back in a day or two, but decided to just fix it myself. Was dissatisfied with quality of work and excuse. Don't ever,ever,ever deal with this shop. I purchased a VIPER car alarm from Susan for $369.94. You can get the same alarm and best buy for $249.99 installed. Two days after I purchased alarm, it would not let me in my tahoe. I had to use the key to get in. The alarm went off and I could not turn it off. I had to drive through the parking lot and down the street with alarm going off. I called Susan and she said ," that's odd, it SHOULDN'T do that". So I took my tahoe back and the installer said alarm had reprogrammed it self. The next day while driving down the street, my door locks began locking and unlocking. This time I took it too another VIPER dealer and asked them to look at my tahoe. I found out NOTHING was VIPER car alarm . I was given the boxes to VIPER ds4,and VIPER d9146v remote , I was charged shock/tilt sensor, that were not installed. The siren is off some made in twain unit. I was also charged for VIPER single button 1/4 range d9116v. The remote GIVEN to me from Susan is a VIPER replacement remote 7146v. When I called her and confront her, she at first denied it at said she gave me a good deal. Then she said she gave me a different siren because the VIPER siren was to small. I HAVE filed a claim with the attorney general , and will SUE her in court. read more

Awesome service and people! They say what they mean and mean what they say. If it costs $200 to install something there are no surprises when you come back to pick up your car. The quote they give you if firm. They call if they run into any issues that might cost more, but everything worked out with my install.
