Our experience started with the first initial estimate, provided by the owner Mr. George Denison. He gave us a prompt and extremely fair quote for all labor and materials which are warrantied. A neighbor had replaced a roof, two years prior, which was the same as ours with a company who had charged 3k more. Everything was documented and any questions we had were promptly answered. The workers on site were hard working, polite and beyond professional. The site was cleaned up each day and the finished product was outstanding and completed in two and a half days. They came to finish the job on a Sat morning. After the first day of work, we actually received a call from Barbara. She works in the front office and she called to just check in with us to ensure that we were satisfied. They told me they have been in business for over 50 years and I definitely can see why. If you need a roof done you only need to check out one place. That is GA Denison and Sons Inc.

David contacted us for a free estimate asking if we would want to call or text him for one. We sent over a text and received a fast response back looking for our address. I want to say, he came the next day to check it out when we weren't home, which was very convenient. He left a quote for us on an invoice in our mailbox and the price was just right! It was reasonably cheaper than a quote we had gotten elsewhere prior. Within the week, they came back to do the job and our garage hasn't flooded since (and there have been some very hard downpours to gauge it). Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend to anyone looking for gutter work.

The siding crew was approachable, efficient, and worked consistently until the job was done. The gutter team was also very dexterous and skilled, completing their job on a very hot day. After a little over a week, everything was finished. The house exterior looked wonderfully refreshed and the yard was left clean of all debris. What I liked best about this company was how well they communicated when and what things would be done to the house. They were good about setting dates and keeping to the promised schedule. If someone was going to come out to the house for a task, they always informed me about it. If I had a question or concern, they were easily reachable. Unlike some contractors I've had in the past, they didn't disappear for weeks in the middle of the job. They got it done quickly all in one go and on time, which meant minimal disruption to my daily routine. Highly recommended!

The new windows look great, and the drafts in these rooms are gone. Very pleased with the complete operation, would highly recommend this team.

Dave wasn't sure if they could finish the job in a day, but let me know that they would come in and finish up quickly the next day if need be - no problem though as they came in and mowed through it and were finished that day. Then they spent the time to go over the work and answered any questions I had. 6 months later, I have yet to find a speck of remains in my lawn and to my knowledge nothing extra has come down from anywhere. The roof has been worry-free and does what it's supposed to do, which is look good and allow us to think about other things. 6 months ago I had a question about some shingles that weren't "sitting" on the rooftop; they said that they would lay down in time and look correct - this has proven to be the case - evidence that they know not only how to put it on, but they understand the material's behavior over time. Would entirely recommend.

After agreeing to complete the work and ordering windows, we were told they were too busy to complete our project. After some back and forth, they ultimately agreed to complete as planned. From the start we had issues with our order and things being delayed. While the windows and siding and out great, it was not worth the headache to get there. The project was delayed for months and when completed, our house was left a mess. We found fast food bags and coffee cups in the mulch beneath our windows, there was significant debris left inside the home, as well as pieces of wood (even though we paid for a dumpster that was sitting in our driveway!), and the windows were never cleaned. Very disappointing and would not use again.
