Let me start off by saying I did business with the previous owners, Dillinger Brothers. Hands down…read morethe best. The car lot that I purchased my Mercedes GLE 350 referred me. I called like I always do to set up an appointment and learned ownership had switched hands to Depo Auto Care. I called and ran it by my car salesman. He let me know although it switched hands the previous owners were still involved. So I scheduled my appointment for an oil change. The oil change took about an hour and a half, and the price was reasonable. About four weeks later my check engine light came on. The first thing I do is check the oil. I find there is barely any oil in my car. I'm forced to hit an auto parts store on my way to work to buy oil to add to my car $37.00. After adding oil and driving it by the time I got to work my check engine light went out. I am puzzled because I've never had any issues with my oil leaking. I end up calling my salesman back and ask for another recommendation for a diagnostic to ensure there's no damage done to my vehicle $130.00 & half a day of work missed. Once they confirmed that it was not leaking. That confirmed something wasn't done correctly when the oil was changed, so I pay a visit to Depo Auto Care. One of the previous owners was there and assisted me. I explained, and he asked for the opportunity to check my car. To be honest, I was very hesitant Considering I already had it checked. We confirmed my car was not leaking oil and also confirmed that not enough oil was put in my at the time of my oil change based on the amount of oil I had to add. He further explained how the oil is dispensed and measured. They have a large drum of oil and use a container to dispense the oil and add it to the vehicle. The person who was working on my car missed a trip to the drum to fill the container. I also asked to double check the sticker because the mileage was not correct on when my next oil change was due. Come to find out the person who changed my oil was not the person who was marked in the system as changing my oil. The previous owner informed me that he needed to make a phone call to run it by another associate to know where to go from here. He informed me that they would refund me the cost of the oil change. I accepted. The last thing that he said to me as I was walking out... he was very sorry and hoped that they did not lose me as a customer. The problem I have with this is they agreed they we're at fault and only willing to refund the oil change. Not the diagnostic or the oil that I had to purchase oh and let's not forget the time I had to take off work. I know people can make mistakes. However, if you're in the wrong, make it. If I would have been paid back for the money out-of-pocket along with the oil change. I might would have considered giving them a second chance. Depo has a lot to learn. I gave you the and you showed me. I can't trust you to make it right! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

Dear liberty, I am…read morewriting to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent service experience at your dealership. Despite being charged for miscellaneous services, my car's original issue was never fixed. Instead, I feel I was taken advantage of as someone who doesn't know much about cars. It seemed that the service manager was merely guessing and fishing for problems without actually resolving anything. As I continue to hear the same popping noise while driving, it has become clear that the service performed was ineffective. This experience has left me feeling used, and it unfortunately reinforces a negative impression I have about GMC service centers in the Charlotte area. At this point, I am seriously considering seeking legal advice and sharing my experience publicly to warn others. I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. WARNING: PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING AUDIOMASTERS…read more I paid Peter Politis, the owner of AudioMasters, to put a basic car starter & alarm System, and CarPlay Stereo in my car. Initially, I was pleased with the job he did. Little did I know the personal Hell this transaction would become over the next 18 months. Not only has this man and his team proven themselves to be unable to do the job correctly, but they have also demonstrated through their actions to be dishonest, unethical, unprofessional, and very cruel. The problems with the stereo and alarm systems started almost immediately. The stereo would skip, and different screens would pop up when I would turn the car on, and sometimes the screen would be blank, so I would have to restart the car to get to the stereo. The alarm would sometimes churp different tones, which Peter indicated was a sensor issue, and the starter button would set off my alarm a lot of the time. Fast forward 2024. The alarm stopped working all together so Peter agreed to replace it. ** The second alarm is now malfunctioning ** So many long visits to AudioMasters, I was patient and respectful with this man. The last week in September, 2024, my stereo wireless stopped working, the volume went up and down by itself, screen flashed on and off. The next day, I called Peter. No answering machine, and He would not respond to my texts, I verified he received them. He just chose not call me back. Then the stereo stopped working all together. No CarPlay, no music. After a week of being ignored, I was able to speak with Peter. Peter acknowledged the problem, offered to replace the defective stereo. Another week passed. October 4, I got this text from Peter: "Morning Marcus, Just left the warehouse with the new radio and headed back to charlotte. Ill text you when I'm on the way to you." That was the last time I heard from Peter, or AudioMasters. I spoke with an employee, he put me on hold for 30 minutes. I called back, they have call waiting, they would not pick up. I had someone else call from another number, and they picked up.
