The young woman said it was standard. It was not in the past. I would suggest checking out other hearing aid companies as the facts are all of these companies are abusers of seniors who have little choice because of aging. Ask questions about after care. I am extremely disappointed and now wish I had gone to Hearing Life. They seem more user friendly.

From the moment I walked in, the experience was outstanding. The staff was warm and welcoming, but I want to especially highlight Melissa, the audiologist who assisted me. After the test, Melissa took the time to thoroughly review the results with me, ensuring I understood everything clearly and answering all of my questions. The pricing was also very reasonable, and even though I traveled from Vaughan, it was absolutely worth the trip. I highly recommend this Clinic. By far, the best Hearing Clinic in Toronto!

A completely different experience. Please please price shop as they are not offering anything more than other audiologists, just extremely high prices. Clinic does not have a small business feel anymore. Incredible staff turnover over the years, which impacts how a patient is cared for. High prices, average service.
