I tell everyone and anyone looking to receive top notch care for their hearing to see the team at Bovaird Hearing Clinic!! They don't just SELL hearing aids, they focus on the full hearing treatment and improve the quality of life for the individual as a whole!!! they are very education based and there is so much more to hearing with it's connection to other parts of our health that we didn't know about. The doctor and staff treated us with kindness each and every time we walked in the door, and continue to do so after many years of being patients at their clinic. Would not go anywhere else!!

It was a few weeks later and the issue was still there, very irritating. I arrived and was greeted in a very friendly atmosphere. The Audiologist checked my ear with the equipment and it showed a blockage of wax way up high. It required irrigation which did not hurt just a bit of flushing. I was very relieved when I seen the small particles come out into the water. My ears were rechecked to see if the levels were balanced and everything was back to normal. Thank you Lauren and Colleen! From the moment I walked in, the experience was outstanding. The staff was warm and welcoming, but I want to especially highlight Melissa, the audiologist who assisted me. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. After the test, Melissa took the time to thoroughly review the results with me, ensuring I understood everything clearly and answering all of my questions. The pricing was also very reasonable, and even though I traveled from Vaughan, it was absolutely worth the trip. I highly recommend this Clinic. By far, the best Hearing Clinic in Toronto!

A completely different experience. Please please price shop as they are not offering anything more than other audiologists, just extremely high prices. Clinic does not have a small business feel anymore. Incredible staff turnover over the years, which impacts how a patient is cared for. High prices, average service.

We took my daughter to Union Hearing when she was almost 4yrs old. Nick and Chris were both great and explaind all they could about what was happening with my daughters hearing. I went from being a worried and upset parent to feeling great that there was a company like this with these two guys out there for my child and to help her hear again. She has been going to Union Hearing for her whole life and gets treated like family. Once a year Nick and Chris also held a fundraiser charity event to help kids who were less fortunate and could not afford hearing aids. They were givng these kids a chance to hear for the first time.
