One incident involved a member being removed from the studio in a way that felt discriminatory, with comments made about her "smelling like strong spices," which I found incredibly inappropriate. I also saw situations where members' cards continued to be charged even after issues or cancellations were raised. From my perspective, the way management handled these situations felt dishonest and unfair to members. It's unfortunate because the instructors and staff who actually run the classes are wonderful and create a great workout environment. My issue is specifically with the regional manager, Marlena, and how situations with employees and members were handled. I hope corporate takes a closer look at what's happening here, because the instructors and members deserve better leadership.

Mo was our class instructor, and she was very patient, as most of us had never taken Pilates before (I was one of them). We learned the basics on exercises to strengthen our core muscles, with and without the equipment. My favorite part of the class was using the equipment to stretch my legs and back. Mo was a great instructor and was very sweet. As a reward for our hard work, she brought small bottles of champagne and sparkling water and cookies for us. That was very thoughtful of her! If you live near this area, I highly recommend Club Pilates. The place is clean and the equipment is new. It smells fresh and is very tidy. Don't have workout clothes? Not a problem! They have a display of clothing and gripping socks for sale at a decent price. They offer a complimentary 30-minute introductory class if you are new. Come check it out!

Instructor uses a microphone headset and was pretty clear in her directions. Overall felt very great after class. They text you with specific directions on where to park. I was worried at first if I was parked wrong but it was absolutely handy and you can quite literally walk out from your car towards the mall and glance straight towards the studio. It specifically says to do the second story of the parking garage but parking on the first level works just as fine. *they don't validate parking for the UTC since class is only one hour and UTC offers 2 hours for free

I somehow got lucky and was the only one who booked during my session so I essentially got a 1-1 without paying for the fee. Summer is so sweet and i love her energy. She's really good at helping correct your form so you don't get hurt. The only complaint I have is that the machines can be a little squeaky but that's a minor thing. I highly recommend this studio with Summer. And it's one of the only three Pilates studios that I frequent often.

This isn't like a heated class but you will definitely be sweating by the end. We arrived 20 minutes before class began and we're able to enter the building with a pre-generated code. Before the main room with all the machines, you'll find lockers, bathrooms, and water fountains. We stowed our stuff and once doors opened, we quickly went in to claim our spots. If it's your first time, make sure you come early so there's enough time for the instructor to go over the equipment and how the class works. Instead of weights, the equipment relied on tension and it might not seem hard but the workflows have a lot of holding that tension so you really feel the burn. The beginning started off with a lot of abs exercises and then switched to lower body with some upper body stuff. By the end, I could really feel it in my abs and slightly in my legs. Highly recommend trying at least once! Haley was great and kept a fun energy throughout the class!

I was greeted by friendly staff and the instructor showed me the machine so I could understand cues. It's clean, and the staff is welcoming. They don't care if your top and bottoms don't match, all that matters is you have grip socks on. I got hooked after my first class. I love the variety of classes and motivating instructors. Start with Classic and or Power Tower. Challenge yourself with Reformer Jump. The App is great, shows I've done 110 classes, use it to reserve classes. I make sure to go at least 4 days a week. Why? mental health - I immediately feel better after devoting 50 minutes at BODYBAR. I never regret showing up to a class.

I understand late policies but for someone who's trying to get back on the health kick and to be told I can't come in so rudely was definitely disheartening. I admit im not the most punctual , but I arrived at 6am and she turned me away.
