Because it helps during shooting. Actually, we never met before we came to the US. But everything was perfect. Even the weather was not good (we have to change date), they still did a good job. It is a very impressive memory.

Rex and his partner were communicative, thoughtful, and just as excited for our pre-wedding shoot as we were. We have a small dog with us, and they also captured the moment perfectly. We have so much fun working with them, and enjoy every moments of the shooting period. We hired them for 8 hrs pre-wedding shoot, including a 2 hrs night shoot. But in fact, we worked more than 9 hrs. We forgot the time as everyone was excited with the firework shoot. ISO Frame Studio is well-priced for the area, and we love all of the things that were included in the shoot. I know we will treasure these pictures forever, and we have Rex to thank for a seamless, easy process. Over all it was a great experience and I would definitely hired them again for my other events

He was extremely pleasant to work with, and allowed me to change clothes as many times as I needed (which was more than what the LivingSocial voucher allowed for). Sean brought out the best smile in me during our session together, and he even edited up to 20 of final shots I decided on. Most photographers won't edit this many unless you pay extra. I only gave Sean 4 stars because he was a few minutes late to our shoot and needed more time to finalize my shots. BUT....this just means that Sean is extremely busy AND in high demand, as well he should be. He was 110% communicative throughout the entire process and I would recommend him in a heartbeat to any fellow performers! Keep up the great work, Sean! :)

I actually booked him before we even knew our venue--that's how much I trusted his work. From the start, he has shown so much patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. Bob not only delivers incredible photos, but you can also buy your negatives and get them all on archival CDs. His pricing is between $500 - $15,000 (check out the website for more details). Whether it's the "mega-package" or just the basics, you will get the same high quality, professional results from a master of the genre. Bob's photography matches his personality: classic, approachable and easygoing. His style is mostly candid, but he also has a great eye for capturing the details in photos that are posed/framed (there's a shot of our reception hall with the light filtering through the windows that looks like it belongs in a magazine). Here's what strikes me as most important. At the end of the longest, craziest, most fun and exhausting day of your life -- Bob will provide you and your loved ones with those moments that make memories. You will be happy, I promise! Final tip for all you future brides: NEVER work with a photographer who keeps your negs; they will charge you an exorbitant price for every print you order, and you won't be able to get copies made anywhere else. Bob's reaction when I asked him who kept the negatives: "Why would I want your wedding photos? They belong to you!" Thank you, Bob! Update: couldn't resist adding some pics. These are low-res because I saved them that way, but the pics are still beautiful.

He also asked a lot of questions about me and my fiancé so that he could get to know us and the style of pictures we wanted, and we were able to come up with a package that was within my budget. Bob was great! My fiancé and I are both really busy so he agreed to meet with us on a Sunday. It was a brutal summer day so my fiancé and I were pretty exhausted after a while but Bob kept asking for more poses/shots, which was great because we had a lot to choose from in the end (thanks !!). Bob was extremely professional, giving us a lot of direction/pointers, and made sure we had time to take shots at our requested locations. Bob is a firm believer that your shots are yours, and a few weeks after the session Bob had created a website with all of our shots and soon after I received a CD in the mail. I've attached a few pictures (low resolution). He was able to capture exactly what we wanted!

I expected completely different photos, since I was searching online to find someone who won't take ordinary photos, and I liked what I've seen on his website, but I got something completely opposite. I was sorry I engaged them because my photos were ordinary with no imagination at all. The reason I hired them is because I wanted artistic photos and not the photos like my aunt took them with my professional camera. All the time I was telling her where should we go and even told her to take photos while she was without any ideas. When you book this photographer I suggest that you make sure he will show up, because he ruined the best day of my life. If I knew I wouldn't hired him. Not to mention that when I asked him to explain everything, he just kept answering something completely not related to my questions. I liked maybe 10 photos from 400-500 and I hate to say but I don't like looking at my wedding photos, and all because he was so unfair to notice me prior to my wedding that the third party will come that day to take pictures. I couldn't react at that moment, because it was my wedding day and I didn't want to ruin it, but they did (Artlook - Michael and Victoria), and I would just like to "thank them for their professionalism!" This is not the way to do business, and this is just warning for someone who is thinking of hiring them. Advice: make sure they will show up!

For our engagement shoot, I was able to coordinate with Nour ahead of time to get both photos and video footage of me surprising my husband with his early wedding gift. We loved the engagement session since we were able to get to know Nour better and get more comfortable in front of the camera. He was so helpful by providing us with poses. For our actual wedding, I was nervous about being able to get all 80+ of my relatives in a group photo but Nour's team was able to get the shot! Nour is incredibly accommodating and so friendly. They gave us a link to our full gallery 4 weeks after our wedding. If you're also going with video, I'd recommend selecting or at least considering which ~10 songs you'd like for your video since my husband and I were slow about picking them.
