So I'm not sure why one menu item can be modified but another can't, especially when I wasn't asking for anything extra or expecting a discount. Then, when I received my avocado toast on pumpernickel bread, the bread was soggy. For me, the whole point of toast is that it should actually be toasted and have some crunch. Between the inconsistent customization policy and the soggy toast, this was definitely a thumbs down for me. I hope they reconsider how they handle simple modification requests because this could have been such an easy fix.
