She is very personable and easy to open up to. We now feel confident we have the ability to bring our baby into the world in the most beautiful way as nature intended. We would recommend taking this course, or any other one of Angella's courses, to anyone who is expecting a new baby.

I've been a loyal client of Karen's since that first massage and have literally followed her wherever she has been practicing. Karen has extraordinary instincts as a massage therapist and has expanded her practice to include cupping, Reiki and other specialized healing arts. Since she knows me so well, she understands exactly where she needs to focus and spend time. I'm usually an absolute mess by the time I can finagle my schedule to see her and need serious deep tissue help. My neck and back are a disaster and I always feel so much better when I walk out of there! Karen is REALLY strong....so if you require firm pressure, you'll get it!! (Sometimes I do tap out...seriously...but that's what this bundle of stress needs). We usually have great conversations about all different kinds of stuff since we've known each other for almost a decade. Absolutely and totally recommend a True North Massage.

One thing that stuck out on my first visit to her was how thorough she was in her consultation, and in the same vain, how much she listened. Her massage therapy has helped me tremendously. She's taught me a lot about my physiology and how to maintain my newly acquired flexibility so I can feel great all the time. Joyce is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Without question, I recommend anyone needing massage therapy to make an appointment with her.

She seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely pleasant. She made my first session a positive one as I was able to relax and indulge in the moment, although in pain. As one session will not heal you or anyone, who has an injury as I did. But I was looking for relaxation upon my first session and she exceeded that goal. Needless to say I will never fear massage therapy again. As treatments continued I became more relaxed and comfortable with each session. The treatments have been an extremely positive outcome for my healing process. She has giving me many useful suggestions on ways to relieve pain and discomfort on my injured areas. With each session, it seems like the first (except I am not nervous anymore). She assesses how I am feeling physically and what her plan of treatment should be for that session. As I suffer from depression, she previously posted an article on her Facebook page regarding how massage therapy helps with depression. That article is so on point, the therapy that I have received not only has/is helping me physically but also emotionally/mentally. Joyce I am truly grateful, for all the time and patience you have given me, for the knowledge of knowing how to treat my injuries and most of all for listening, not with your ears, but with your heart. You are truly one of a kind. May God continue to bless you in all that you do.
