BannerBuzz - In the photo below you can see that the banner detached from its support in the hardware.

BannerBuzz

I have purchased four banners from this company's branch in Shawnee, GA, through a professional…read moregraphic arts intermediary. Apparently it is a company based in India. One of the four banners ripped without being touched after being extended for only several hours. The company would not replace the defective banner. I will never use BannerBuzz again. If the banners work, they are good and cheap. But the quality is low, and the banner can rip by itself through initial use. In the photo below the banner detached from the hardware. This happened several hours after I used it for the very first time. My graphic designer intermediary communicated with Daniel Kemp of BannerBuzz, and Daniel wanted a video and complete forensic analysis to prove after the fact what happened. This is absurd and impossible to satisfy. A responsible company simply would've sent me a refund. I will never use BannerBuzz again.

**Priority Shipping arrived after my event, and BannerBuzz says it was not late**…read more I ordered materials from BannerBuzz using Priority Shipping because they were needed for a specific event. The delivery date presented to me was Friday, June 12, 2026. The order was delivered Monday, June 15, after the event had already occurred, so the product was useless when it arrived. My order was manufactured and shipped from India. When I contacted BannerBuzz, customer service repeatedly stated that the order was not delayed because Priority Shipping only provides the "best chance" of delivery on the displayed date and allows delivery on the next business day within what they call a buffer period. BannerBuzz declined to provide a refund or any meaningful resolution. Customers should be aware that the delivery date shown during checkout may not be a guaranteed date. I would not recommend BannerBuzz for banners, signs, promotional products, or other materials required for a time-sensitive event. Use a printer that offers a clear written delivery guarantee.

The staff are always friendly and accomodating, the service is speedy and reliable, and the prices are very fair. I've been to The Ultimate Printing Company about 10 times in the past few months and I have never had a bad experience. In fact, part of the reason why I always go back to The Ultimate Printing Company is because the staff are so great. Furthermore I cannot stress enough how quick and accurate the service. Another fantastic feature is that they print on "bamboo" paper - an eco-friendly alternative to regular printing paper . You will not find a better print shop in the GTA.

By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had doing business with a small local shop…read more First of all, the moment I walked into the store the owner was extremely rude and ignorant towards my questions. His attitude towards a customer was very rude and disrespectful. I wanted to print a picture of a size 16"x20", so a regular print machine at my office wouldn't do the job. The moment I walked into the Ultimate Printing store I inquired from the store owner (I believe his name is Zahir) about the service and how I could transfer the digital file to him. He said he would only accept the files on USB as his store doesn't provide wifi to his customers. After browsing around and trying to find free wifi in the building, I managed to send the digital files to him electronically. Then I inquired about the pricing. Remember, the file was a single, 16"x20" black and white print on a regular paper. The representative, which to the best of my knowledge was Zahir himself, quoted me $38 + tax. I was shocked!!! $38 bucks for a regular print job. Nonetheless, when I asked what the reason was for such a high price, Zahir laughed at me and almost made fun of me for inquiring about the price. His attitude is very rude far from the standards we normally expect from a business in 21st century in North America. Anyhow... I accepted the hefty price point he quoted me for and did bother arguing with him any further. Next, I was told the job would take an hour, although the store was completely empty. So I decided to leave and come back later to get the job done as I was in the rush. I politely told the owner that I would come back later as I was in rush. Then he started arguing with me that I should pay for his time -- 5 mins at most in answering some questions that I had regarding a service that I was about to purchase from his business. He said that I should pay him because while he was answering my questions, he has used his computer to download the digital file, hence he has used some electricity for this task and I am liable to pay for the costs involved. I didn't know what to say to him anymore. So I decided to just leave the store, But that didn't stop there. He started threatening me that if I don't pay him he is going to REPORT me. Not sure who he was going to report me to and for what reason. I felt the owner was trying desperately to get this one sales done no matter the cost, harassment or verbal disrespects involved. UPDATE: There is a STAPLES, across the street on University Ave, which is a 5 min walk. They did the exact same job for me for $4! CONCLUSION: Do not waste your time going to The Ultimate Printing store. The store owner is rude and disrespectful towards his customers. He is not shy of using any tactics or disrespect to get a sales done. Remember STAPLES across the street got the same job done for $4 as opposed to $38. If you want to waste your money, then go to The Ultimate Printing store.

Paul the Manager and his team were very diligent in getting back to me via email with quotes, and offering guidance and suggestions where I needed them, and the jobs I had done were completed in a timely manner. I'm pretty sure I pestered them to no end, and they still got back to me quickly. Everything was printed perfectly and impeccably. I can't recommend this location enough for anyone's printing needs. Thanks so much TPH @ 160 Bloor East!

The guy at the front tells me yes but usually the client's timelines don't match with their production schedule. I asked how long it takes he said, "It can be an hour or two. You can go to the internet cafe on isabella and yonge. It's just that I can't guaranteed it can be done to meet your deadline" He never even asked me what my deadline was; i needed it for Friday. The fact that he didn't want to take my business for some reason and just assumed i was in a rush turned me off so much. I found another printer to do the job for me and will also using them as the printing vendor for work-related communication products, banners, etc. going forward.
