I feel like I have tried a pretty wide range of classes and teachers (my app says 170, but I have def passed 200), Stephanie, Aura, Marisa, Katie, Sarah, Eric, Auraceli, Tori, and Alexa. My body has personally seen the biggest change since taking Sculpt/Pilates classes consistently. The instructors always brings a fun, positive, welcoming energy. I feel like I get the most out of the class, with how hard I am working, not wasting time, and using the end to fully rest-which rarely happens in the city. I always leave feeling accomplished and well challenged, which I so love. Anyways who knows me, know's how much I love Bode and rave about it. Thanks for creating such an amazing studio space. It is truly one of my happy places!

All in all, I've been here at least 3 times and the experience is very consistent with what feels like an old school hot yoga studio with some enthusiastic practitioners and theatrical teachers. They were some of the hardest classes I've ever taken and I left both inspired and a little defeated. I would only recommend a very hydrated and somewhat experienced person exercise here, it's not for the super newbies unless you take a teacher or class title that really helps beginners. That's my most honest advice because honestly, classes are intense here. The teachers and desk staff are friendly and the facilities were spotless. I'd love to come back and visit their other locations. Thank you!

I needed personal attention and direction on my fitness journey since I had no idea what I was doing nor the drive. A little less than a decade ago I pass PushLab Fitness...my sister and I watched a trainer with his client and his passion to train, his intensity and strength training exercises that I wanted nothing to do with at the time. (I was in my happy hour era don't judge lol) I swore the idea off saying I don't have what it takes and off we went. Here I am... a decade later and eating my words, anxiously waiting for each physically challenging session. Every day is unexpected and almost entirely different from the last. Never boring and hitting every part of my body. My legs are in poor health and he's extremely attentive to it. He pushes me to do better, work harder, stay focused. He truly cares about the direction of your fitness and all around health and never once makes you feel like you're just an in and out client. He makes me want to do better and be better. Training has turned my life around. Ahmed is a distinguished trainer and humble gentleman. If you're ready to get in the best shape of your life and build your strength both mentally and physically, Go to Pushlab see Ahmed, and thank me later.

Most of the songs felt really slow (barely broke a sweat), the moves overall felt disassociated from the music and she would stop doing the moves during class to basically test if we knew what was supposed to come next. Not particularly helpful. She saw a fair amount of women struggling with the moves (including myself) but still chose to do this. There was maybe 2 songs that felt good but everything else was meh. I also didn't like how she incorporated non-dance moves into the choreography which really took me out of the mood of being excited to dance with no judgment. I love Zumba so would be willing to come back to try it with a different instructor, but wouldn't come back for her particular class.

TLDR: Best Pilates instructor ever!!! Definitely recommend!!!…read more Context: I have been doing Pilates with Olivia for about 3.5 years but I have actually known her for more than 6 years! Full story: I had my first session with Olivia 6 years ago in an in-person group class when I had a very bad lower back pain. I enjoyed her class a lot as it not only trained the small muscles, core, stability, but also balancing between cardio and mindfulness practices. After taking her class for 3 weeks, the pain was completely gone. I continued taking her classes but unfortunately six months later she moved away from the city I live. I couldn't find any other instructors that could give me the same helpful and enjoyable experience as Olivia gave me. 3 years ago, I tried to look her up again and found that she offers online sessions now! After taking another year of online group classes, I started to do 1:1 online sessions with her. It is the must-to-do thing for me every week now. I even do it when I travel! Olivia has her own style of doing Pilates, which is based on her deep understanding of human body. Coming from a dancing background, she is very creative on the way she leads the session. She asks for body conditions every time before the session starts, and can adapt the session very well to fit people's needs. She is kind, friendly, and cheerful. She also has sharp eyes -- she can correct my postures through video conferencing calls. I am always amazed by how she can do it!! So, all the details above lead to my conclusion: Olivia is the best Pilates instructor ever!! Definitely recommend her classes!!

I came in dealing with chronic upper back tension, gout flare-ups, plantar fasciitis, and joint pain that made everyday activities uncomfortable. Olivia immediately zeroed in on the root causes and tailored each session to support my body where it needed it most. Since starting with her, my mobility has improved dramatically, and I've been able to stay ahead of pain instead of chasing it. If you're managing chronic issues and want someone who really gets the body, Olivia is the real deal.

I booked a noon class on a Tuesday. I arrived in plenty of time to buy a set of hand wraps, water, and put my belongings in a locker. The class was 45 minutes and very challenging. Considering I'm 49 and I believe everyone else there was in their 20s or 30s I thought I did great. The only thing I modified were a few of the ab exercises. If there was a rumble local to me I'd go regularly.

ClassPass makes it a little more affordable or I try to buy a package deal when they run promos. The women's locker room space is so small and class times are tightly packed together so it's hard to enjoy the showers/products when there's 50+ women in a tight space. Also I'm sad they haven't reopened the sauna since Covid. It's really wasted space that could be utilized to make the locker room larger. I've taken both boxing and training classes and prefer the boxing ones. Boxing involves half your time boxing and half strength training. Training classes are half treadmill work and half strength. I do prefer the rumble treadmills over Barry's ones. Some instructors are better in providing clear instructions and timing the music/moves so you aren't rushing and getting the best workout. You just have to find who you like. Fav instructors are Noah, Bobby Jo and Bradford. LOVE the new straight up boxing class with Noah; they really go into form and technique which you don't get in a regular class.
