Always check expiration dates, because there are often products past their date on the shelf. They do take returns if you realize that you bought something expired, just show them your receipt to prove it was already past the date when you purchased it. There's no scale to weigh produce, and you have to watch carefully at the register, because sometimes the scale might not be correctly calibrated, or there might be something leaning on it. I was once charged for four times the weight of produce I purchased, but luckily I noticed, went back, had a different register reweigh the items, and they processed the return minus the correct charge of the items. It's definitely inconvenient to have to be so vigilant when all I want to do is pay the listed price for groceries that aren't expired, but at least they correct their mistakes on a case by case basis. You're better off at Isaac Apple or Carnival, but this place is ok. Especially if you like the Frank Sinatra soundtrack.

It is mandatory for stores to visibly display their return policy at the cash register. 'The Bad Wife' failed to do so. Mrs. Lee's attitude was rude and dismissive despite being told return policies must be clearly visible by the cash register.

There is no way to do a quick in and out unless you go right when they open or right before they close. It's located at Triangle Junction - an equally busy mini mall with the biggest Target in Brooklyn. There's a parking ramp, but no easy access to Flatbush Ave. One thing I learned is to park in the ramp near the alley and bring your own hand cart or wagon. Remember to bring a quarter to unlock the shopping cart!
