The first visit was billed as a $100 deep cleaning for my dad's studio apartment and lasted about 45 minutes. My dad had only lived there for about a week, so this was not a long-neglected apartment or an unusually difficult job. The plan was for this to become a weekly cleaning service afterward at $75 per visit, so I was hoping to establish a reliable ongoing arrangement. Unfortunately, the cleaning did not meet expectations. The floors did not appear to have been swept or mopped, the toilet seat was still dirty, the coffee nook counter was still dirty, visible pieces of trash were left behind, and the leather sofa still had visible marks from something that had dripped and had not been wiped off. Because my dad needs extra support, having a reliable and thorough cleaning service is especially important. I raised these concerns, and the company agreed to come back and address them. However, on the day of the scheduled return, they canceled at the last minute and moved it to another day. At that point, I requested a refund so I could hire another company rather than continue waiting. I was then told they do not offer refunds and only provide re-cleaning. I want to note that I did not sign a contract, and I was not told in advance, either on the flyer or in our communications, that refunds were not offered. I understand businesses may have internal policies, and I appreciate that they initially offered to return. But the combination of a disappointing first cleaning, a last-minute cancellation, and a no-refund policy that was not disclosed up front left us in a difficult position. I'm sharing this so others understand my experience before booking.

Unfortunately, the deep cleaning was not completed properly. Multiple areas of my apartment were either not cleaned at all (my entire bathroom, for example) or were still visibly dirty afterward, and I ended up spending additional time cleaning myself despite paying $170 for a deep cleaning service. When I contacted Lily and provided photos documenting the issues, I found her responses to be dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. While a second cleaner was eventually sent, the process of getting the issue addressed was far more difficult than it should have been. The cleaning issues were disappointing, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. After repeated communication and scheduling problems, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I cannot stress enough that I would not recommend this business to anyone.
