I was a client of this company for 5-6 months…read more I invested several thousand dollars with this company (consultations, ad spends, website buildout/hosting/maintenance, advertising asset creation), and have not received a single paying client/conversion across our multiple campaigns spanning facebook, instagram, and google. It was my experience that the company provided poor client care. For example, the provider recommended that I set up a website and OK'ed the suggested platform, to only later recommend that I switch plans and companies entirely, after I had already paid to design the site, paid for hosting, and spent countless hours in development (documentation below). Detailed questions to avoid issues prospectively were often ignored, forgotten, or misunderstood. I was also disappointed by the lack of accountability I have experienced with this provider. During our last encounter, the provider failed to show up to our meeting. The provider was unwilling to honor the time with any gesture of good faith or prompt rescheduling, and suggested we rebook. Once we selected date/time, the provider sent me an email notice stating that consultations would no longer be available, at all, because they were not profitable. I was left without further guidance mid-campaign with substantial funds invested (documentation below).

Our company paid DragonSearch $6300 to perform SEO services for our website over a period of 3…read moremonths ($2100/mth). We were very unhappy with the services performed and sent many emails back and forth of which I still have available to me as evidence. We stopped working with them and they told us we had a credit for certain hours to be used when our new website was done. We asked for a refund instead and they told us no. When the new site was done, we asked them to work on it for SEO and at least try and get something from the $6300 we had paid. I was coordinating with one of their tech guys (Ralph) who explained what they planned to do with the remaining hours we had as a credit (again, all of this documented in email). I researched what they planned on doing and I learned that what they planned to do was effective years ago, but no longer effective. I asked them why they were using those methods in an email and I was told that is their method and that if I had further questions to reach out to his supervisor (Josepf). Josepf ignored my emails for about three weeks, and then finally wrote back with an email that skirted the main issue and did not address my concerns. I persisted in trying to get a solution worked out or a refund of the money we had paid, and was ignored again. I recently reached out to the owner of the company and sent him a detailed list of every correspondence between me and his employees. He (Rick) basically told me that the emails I sent were too long to read, and that he has his own email proof of how things went down and that there was nothing else they were going to do and he doesn't see what they did wrong. I wrote back and said that I'd sent him ALL the email correspondence and was shocked at his attitude towards the matter given that I too am a business owner and would have handled things in a different matter if I'd learned my employees had wronged a customer. They they actually did harm to our site in recommending certain things to put as the focus for our homepage which we later learned had nothing to do with SEO (putting pictures of our service as the main focus for example). We had to pay a lot of money to a designer and programmer to put our site together, and now have to pay just as much to change it completely around now that we now what actually DOES help with SEO.

Since roughly 45% of our overall income was going to be generated through the website itself, we felt it important to consult with professionals. We had spent so much time focused on specific keywords, and didn't even think about all the variations of those search terms which are equally important. That's where having an expert on your side really helps. When it came to managing our marketing on Google, we just gave Empire control of that as well, and I'm extremely pleased with the results.

A friend told me that this SEO can help me get on top of search pages whenever words related to my business were hit on search engines. I was reluctant... however, my friend was very successful in business so I went out to hire DMH. I followed his suggestion since, hell why not? DMH studied my digital marketing strategy and created a new marketing plan for my business. They had to totally revamp my site. Each web page design was changed and I was ecstatic with the results. Their graphic designing services were incredible. They didn't use generic templates which was what my previous website was made of. They made a customized design in photoshop of my homepage which they converted in HTML which google loves. Another plus in my book is that my website was optimized for mobile devices alike laptops and desktops. Since my websites were customized, they ranked in the top 10 of Google after a few months. They know how to find the right keywords. I think this is called keyword research. My site was ranking for those words I wanted, which is the name of the game right? and the website design was fantastic! I don't know what to say. I really want to thank them so much. DMH is definitely my go-to for anything I need related to my business's online presence !

I had a good website design that was fit for the theme of my business which was developed in photoshop which I LOVED because I didn't want to use a template and wanted a unique look.
