Had them come out and replace the spring and paid a few hundred for the service - expected, not a simple job. Door began making an odd clicking and clunking noise a week after. Then would not work at all. Technician came out. Said belt had broken and replaced it. Told us it was under warranty. Then received bill for $190.00 for labor on the part under warranty being replaced. $135.00 for the trip charge and $55.00 for 30 minutes of labor. Ridiculous charge for a part under warranty that broke just after you replaced the spring.

Absolutely would not recommend this company. What started as an exciting impact window and door…read moreproject turned into a stressful experience filled with installation concerns, unfinished repairs, and poor communication. We dealt with improperly waterproofed window openings, recessed window installs, damaged exterior trim, and unfinished drywall/stucco work. One window was ordered the wrong size and instead of replacing it properly, a 2x4 was added beneath the window and the original sill was reinstalled on top. We had two separate GCs inspect portions of the work who both expressed concerns with the installation quality and waterproofing details. Despite bringing these concerns forward multiple times, the company refused to correct what we believed were installation-related issues.

Secure fence LLC is indeed the worse.! took 5 months to finish our fence. Several issues occurred…read morethroughout the project. The reason it took so long is because they never gave the city the proper paperwork for the permit so the inspection could take place. Owner never called back, left many voicemails, we texted and sent emails. After finally complaining to the BBB the sec used came. Finally we were told the project got completed Few days later the owners wife showed up at our door for payment! We showed a few parts of the fence that looked bad, we share our feelings about the length of time that it took for our fence to be done and that we were promised differently as well as the lack of communication on their part. We requested a discount for our frustrations . She apologized and told us to not worry we would see a discount on our final invoice because that should have never happened. We got the bill with nothing discounted!! We sent an email to the owner Kevin, he replied that we misunderstood and there was no discount! Don't hire this company look for one that is honest and does the job right and is professional. Definitely, one that doesn't take 5 months to installed a vinyl fence!

We told him what changes we wanted to make to the existing footprint, he was extremely knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. There were no price surprises along the way. Of course because of all the storm reconstruction, Jake was very busy but we were added to their schedule in an extremely reasonable amount of time. His crew was kind, courteous and efficient and the site was kept neat and clean. The fence looks fantastic. We live in an HOA community and the pool is directly behind our house so it's a high traffic area; many of our neighbors were able to see the fine job that Jake and his team did while the fence was being constructed and once is was finished which resulted in additional work for Jake in the community! I would HIGHLY recommend Baker Fence & Gate to anyone. They are professional, kind, courteous, efficient and fair. If we decide in the future to modify our fence, I will definitely be calling Jake again. Thank you Jake!

Home Depot used Imex Stone to install my countertop then completely washed their hands of the sale…read more Imex was a very disappointing company to work with. During the installation they cracked our driveway and dripped epoxy on our brand new flooring. The tracks from the dolly they used line up exactly with the crack on our driveway but they deny any responsibility. Also, there were only 2 installers for an almost full slab countertop. They had to call in another installer and then asked my husband to help! I have this interaction on video from my driveway camera. My husband was injured in the process, getting his finger crushed under the slab as it was being put into place. Luckily it was not broken but there was quite a bit of blood shed. Unfortunately I do not have video of this as it was inside of my home. I find this highly unprofessional to have a customer help install an extremely heavy countertop, not to mention a liability for the company. As for the countertop itself, the full slab island piece has lines in it that will not come out even after cleaning. I was hoping they would fade with time but they are still there. This company does NOT care about their customers or the damage they do. I highly recommend NOT doing business with them. I would give zero stars if possible.

Seemed expensive and a long lead time, but fine, they are highly rated so I went with them. During the job, they came out 4 times to measure the windows. 4 times! Also, took 3 installing visits to get it right. Again, things happen, so was just glad when the job was completed. Got the final bill. It was $1800. Called the office to ask why. Got the owner. Told it was for travel surcharge to the island. I said it wasn't part of the original quote. She then in a very patronizing way went on to tell me they sent an email in January (that I don't have in my records) telling about the surcharge. Again fine. As I was ending the call, said they need to be careful. It won't always be this busy and people will remember how she treats them. Her response was to say "she wasn't going to listen to me school her on her business and she was hanging up." And she did. Unbelievable.
