The masseuse begin at 5 and then at 5:50 she starts wiping the oil off with the hot towel and promptly ends at 6. Saying all done. I kept telling her we had 30 more minutes but there was language barrier. So whatever fine I got dressed. When I came to the front counter to pay she still trying to charge me for 90 minutes, I calmly explained that we only did the massage for 1 hour, the masseuse was sweet so I still tipped her 60 bucks like I normally do for a 2 hour sesh and just expressed that I should only be paying for 1 hour since that's all I received. She then started yelling at me that we don't like people who try to steal and took 20 dollars out her purse and threw at me and said I can't take the discount off the card. I told her nicely like hey. I'm not penny pinching or dishonest. I don't need your 20 dollars cash because I havnt even paid yet. Can you kindly just charge me for 1 hour and I will be in my merry way. And she continued to berate me while charging my card. Like what is going on I could've lied, taken your 20 dollars and walked out with a free massage but I was honest. No one is trying to pull One over on you or steal, I just only wanted to pay for services rendered. This will be the last time I patronage your business.

The front desk staff was very helpful -- walking me through the consent forms, showing me the changing area, and helping me set the password for my locker. After changing, you're given a robe and slippers. The robe is incredibly soft and almost weighted, which added to the comfort. It even has pockets for your jewelry or glasses. Phones are not allowed in the treatment area, and no video/photo is permitted past the changing room, which I appreciated (and respected) for privacy. The facial itself was extremely relaxing. The music was at the perfect volume, and the room lighting was dim without being too dark -- just enough to enhance the experience. The service included a hand and arm massage with hot stones and warm compresses, which was such a nice touch. One minute I was getting a scrub, and the next I was waking up -- it was that relaxing. They also have a retail area at the front where you can purchase the products used during your service. Overall, a wonderful first spa experience. No other pedi service compares to lounging in a recliner for a pedicure and being pampered from start to finish. I also love that they use fresh, individual foot bowls for the pre- pedicure soak instead of the yucky foot whirlpools found in the typical nail salon. Everything about this service is elevated. Shoutout to my girl, Vivian! I also began doing gel builder manicures with Nellis last summer and wow are they fantastic! I had a really hard time growing my nails out and keeping them long without breaking one and having to start over. Gel builder allows me to grow health nails, strengthening them so they don't break. I'm pretty hooked on this too, but for someone not wanting to commit to regular service this is a great option because removal doesn't ruin your natural nail. There's also no smell, unlike acrylics, so you don't feel like you're inhaling chemicals through your service. Highly recommend! So great that Changes is staying current with trends and offering new things. They have a relaxation room you can enjoy before and after services. They also offer facials, massage and hair services.
