However, our last experience July 2022 was a little ridiculous on the rate. All that was repaired was a swing joint and rubber gasket ($14 parts). Here for less than an hour. We were charged $202 for labor! I was completely shocked especially since in 2019 they looked over entire system, here for more than an hour and the labor was only $135. NEVER discussed with us how much it would be! I would highly suggest asking them how much it will be before them proceeding with the repair. We are going elsewhere this year because we cannot afford their labor. It is understandable that everything has gone up. BUT it would be better business if they discussed their rate, prior.

Do not hire. We got gutters and facia board replacement done to the tune of $5000. We have…read moredesperately tried to get them back to fix a few items they promised to fix. The most important is the gutter that needs to be removed and reattached after the trim board is removed (no previous gutter there). It rains behind it right over the new facia board. It's like 8' long and not a huge job at all. We have set up 3 appointments and no shows every single time. And in setting these up I had to make like MULTIPLE calls and texts to get one reply. They are dishonest and have poor customer service. Read the Google and Facebook reviews. These are a bunch of kids doing gutters that have no business skills. The best BUSINESS is your customers so follow through on what you promised. Matt. Dailey. Jacob- please stop ripping people off. My neighbors are stunned at the gutter that was installed over the trim piece, so the drip edge doesn't work. The one neighbor - 'there is no way they were real gutter guys because even I know that'. And the pieces of gutters left attached... real wild stuff. Lazy. Poor. On google they respond to 'please reach out to them' after a bad review. Many I might add. The issue is THEY won't respond and ghost people. Pretty offensive and just plain stupid to reply like that. YOU follow up with YOUR customers and maybe they would remove these reviews. My pictures will be on Google. And I'm inviting everyone over to view this job and encourage them too, to make a review. They see it.. they can be honest with their thoughts. Lastly, I'm submitting a BBB report as well. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS

If you are looking for a company that delivers top-tier property maintenance without clearing out your bank account, look no further. I hired them to handle a massive three-part job at my property: a full house exterior soft wash, intensive concrete cleaning, and complete gutter cleaning. To say they exceeded my expectations is a massive understatement. From my very first phone call to the team at Macomb Power Washing Solutions, their professionalism stood out. They provided a fast, detailed, and completely transparent estimate with absolutely no hidden fees or upcharges. Honestly, given the massive scale of the work I needed, I was expecting a sky-high price tag. I was thrilled to find that their rates are incredibly affordable and competitive for the Metro Detroit area. They prove that you don't have to sacrifice premium quality to get an affordable price. The crew arrived exactly on time, fully equipped with professional, commercial-grade equipment. They began with the gutter cleaning, clearing out months of packed leaves, twigs, and debris. They didn't just scoop out the gutters; they thoroughly flushed the downspouts to guarantee flawless drainage and water flow.Next came the home exterior wash. I was nervous about my vinyl siding being damaged, but they used a specialized low-pressure soft washing technique. This process safely dissolved years of stubborn green mold, mildew, and ugly environmental staining without risking any damage to the home's structure. It looks like a brand-new house. Finally, they tackled the concrete cleaning on my driveway and walkways. Years of baked-in oil spots, tire marks, and heavy grime vanished under their hot-water surface cleaners. There are zero "zebra stripes" or patchy spots left behind--just perfectly uniform, bright concrete that dramatically elevates my home's curb appeal. What impressed me most was their incredible attention to detail. The technicians worked exceptionally hard, treated my property with total respect, and left the entire job site spotless. Macomb Power Washing Solutions is a masterclass in great customer care, outstanding workmanship, and fair pricing. I will absolutely be using them for all of my routine exterior maintenance moving forward, and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone in Macomb County!
