Not only have I been scrambling to coordinate my Moms care, Dr Murray flat out refuses to return our calls despite the urgency of this situation. Her staff has informed us that she "does not speak to patients". Her cavalier attitude speaks volumes about her professionalism and character. This is clearly not a physician that cares about her patients. Save your time, and look elsewhere if you are seeking professional and compassionate care.

I've gone up and down Fairfield County and have seen four different OBs before landing on this gem at the recommendation of a friend. I do not feel like a number here. When the doctor, nurse, or tech is with me I don't feel like they're rushing to get me out. They're very patient. Wait times are short (especially given how at other places it's common practice to wait at least 20 min to a half hour). This is my first pregnancy and everyone has been very thorough, patient, and helpful. Dr. Ofer is my go to and he's so pleasant. Last visit I met their newest OB and she was fabulous and sweet. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Of course I want doctors who are well educated but I also find that I want doctors who are empathic, relatable, and make me feel at ease. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Ofer and his office…read more I initially had surgery with him for a mid-urethral sling to treat stress urinary incontinence (not being able to hold urine). Unfortunately, the procedure did not work. Dr. Ofer later mentioned that there were known issues with that specific sling product. Because I did not want to undergo another invasive surgery, we discussed an alternative option using urethral bulking gel injections (Bulkamid). I agreed to move forward with this procedure. The scheduling process was extremely unprofessional. I was given only a date, not a time, and was told they would follow up. I never received proper confirmation. Then, the day before the procedure, the surgical center called me with confusing information about a different procedure--one that I never discussed or consented to with the doctor. Concerned, I called the office and asked to speak directly with Dr. Ofer to clarify what was happening. I was told the only way to speak with him was to schedule a telehealth appointment that I would be charged for. At that point, it felt like a money grab rather than patient care. Due to the lack of communication, disorganization, and pressure to pay just to get answers, I lost trust and decided not to proceed. They lost me as a patient. I would strongly advise others to stay away and look for a provider who prioritizes clear communication, patient safety, and care over billing

They call with my next steps when it's too late and the pharmacy is closed. This experience is time sensitive and they don't take that seriously. Waiting time alone is about 2 hours. Even after getting my entire plan on the first visit, they asked me for my plan day before egg retrieval. Their system doesn't work and it's disappointing, considering this is a FERTILITY clinic and that's not something people should take as a joke. The Doctor is funny. But that's all the good that I've gathered from my experience here.

I can honestly say that YFC's positivity and professionalism was critical to my success. After 1 round of IVF I am now 10 weeks pregnant! The Westport facility provides patients' access to Yale medical care closer to home, yet I still benefited from the renowned embryology lab at the Yale Fertility Center in New Haven. The Westport office is beautiful and I never have to wait long to be seen. I would not waste any time in setting up an appointment if you are having fertility issues. The appointments always started on time. They actually remembered me from visit to visit. Elsa delivered my son in June 2021 and the labor was easy and painless. I brought him in with me and nursed him with her help so that she could observe. She reframed so much of what the hospital told me generically and tailored it to me and our son based on how and what she saw. and she was spot on! he was happier, less frustrated and trusted me to read his cues correctly and get what he needed. it was an instant fix, I can't get enough of her!! She makes herself available by phone too if tou can't make it to her in person. Franciska was a match made in heaven! I am a single mom by choice. I hired Franciska to be part of…read moremy Post Partum Doula support team. She was so much more. Unfortunately, my labor/delivery Doula became unavailable and her backup was not around either. Franciska ended up picking me up from my home and taking me to the hospital as I was in active labor and I was alone (Due to unfortunate failures on the other doula's not affiliated with Fran). She stayed with me for a couple hours at the hospital while I was continuing to labor until a back up doula arrived. Her methods to sooth me during labor (without epidural) were very helpful. Franciska then returned a couple of days later on my day of discharge to take me and the baby home. She spent the next 8 weeks supporting us day and night. She set the bar so high that anybody else always fell short. My daughter and I adore Franciska. Her foods and snacks were delicious and it helped me significantly recover postpartum and while I was breast-feeding. She also paid very close attention to my health when my OB's dropped the ball on so many things. I ended up getting preeclampsia postpartum and if it wasn't for Franciska, I might've ended up hospitalized. Truly, owe my life to her! She is absolutely amazing!
