I finally decided to do estate planning and I only knew the minimum information on what to do I found Nerisha Soodeehul on Yelp. Because she had so many excellent reviews I decided to give her a try. She is so personable and explains everything in layman terms when referring to the various types of legal information. She's very patient and answered all questions no matter how many times I asked the same question, lol. She has a flat rate and the list it covers is impressive. I recommend her wholeheartedly, you won't be disappointed. read more

I used Nerisha about a year ago to set up my estate plan. She explained everything in detail and was very thorough and organized. I really appreciate her organization a year later, because just I opened a new mutual fund account and had to remember how to do that using the trust name. I referred back to the documents she gave me that clearly explained the process. She had even given me a flash drive with all the documents as PDF so I could easily print the Certificate of Trust. I highly recommend Nerisha for estate planning. read more

Ms. Soodeehul is the best of the best. She is very detail orientated and covers each and every aspect of trust formation. She is very calm and listens very carefully. I am very much satisfied by her services. There was no pressure from her side regarding timeline. I took my own time to review the documents and get back to her. I have dealt with plenty of lawyers in my life related to other matters and none of them were as patient as Ms. Soodeehul. Most of them just cared about was billing. But Ms. Soodeehul was different from all of them. I highly recommend her. Thank-you Ms. Soodeehul. You literally gave me peace of mind. Thank-you! read more

We engaged Nerisha for a trust update. She is very responsive, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. We had a great experience.

Great experience establishing a living revocable trust, will, power of attorney, and power of attorney for health care with Nerisha. Offered one reasonable price for all. The full experience was seamless from first contact through the multiple necessary appointments via zoom to the signing. Nerisha is very knowledgeable and updated on current changes in taxes and/or laws that might affect the legal documents. She lays everything out at the get go with a free consultation and carefully guides you through the process with lots of chances for questions. We had some more complex issues including a possible special needs section and property and children in other states that she handled without any issues. Nerisha is the best! It is challenging to find the kind of attorney who will shine among all the rest in regards to all the necessary criteria, and yet we were lucky to find Nerisha on Yelp. She knows her stuff and goes beyond to make you feel you're getting the best advice and care. She listens and addresses all questions and concerns patiently and thoroughly. Her final product was far superior to the one from 18 years ago that we replaced. It was a big project - two trusts, wills, powers-of-attorneys, advance healthcare directives - over a six-week period the past couple of months during Covid-19. We received original documents, a binder of copies and a USB drive of pdf's of the new documents and the ones they were replacing. Lastly, after all our research, Neridsha's fee was the most competitive and reasonable, plus she was a joy to work with. read more

We needed an estate plan for our family, and knew Nerisha through our business community. We interviewed three estate planning attorneys, and after comparing all three Nerisha rose straight to the top of our list due to her experience executing estate plans (a separate area of law called "Trust Administration"), the excellent service she provided, and the way she explained everything to us. She is a true expert, and did a wonderful job making a difficult process relatively easy for my wife and I. From start to finish, she impressed us with her attention to detail, willingness to explain the legal issues and impacts, and her diligence. I know the estate plan will serve us well for many years to come. read more

I initially met Nerisha during an estate planning presentation and am extremely grateful for that meeting, as I eventually engaged Soodeehul Law Services soon after my father passed away for assistance with executing his Trust. When working with Nerisha I observed that she maintained a real sense of urgency, professionalism and dedication to the tasks at hand, until a complete and satisfactory resolution was achieved. Additionally, Nerisha's rates are very economical for the sheer skill and legal experience that she demonstrated throughout Trust and Probate activities. Nerisha Soodeehull demonstrated to me the extent of her commitment to deliver unsurpassed services as Estate Planning Attorney. Anyone with any type of IRA, and/or various forms of retirement accounts, should know that such accounts usually require, when they are established. Usually the estate itself is designated as beneficiary . As a result, the instructions incorporated in IRA's at time of their creation override Estate Plans, a point often unknown to individuals in need of estate planning, as was my case. While the matter appears inconsequential, it apparently eliminates the option for beneficiaries to delay the full disbursement of the estate, the result being liquidation in as little as two years, with full payment of federal and state taxes due instead of allowing beneficiaries the option to set up their own Trust with lifetime payout. When this point became evident, my Estate Plan had to be rewritten to allow my beneficiaries this priceless option. Nerisha changed the terms of my Estate Plan to make this allowance possible without any added fee. Thank you Nerisha for your devoted services. read more

Nerisha was great to work with. We had an old trust which needed to be re-written. We found Nerisha to be very capable, knowledgeable and patient with us in explaining a subject which is quite complex. We preferred her personalized services over a medium sized law firm who we had also talked with. Highly recommend her as tax laws have changed and a trust really has to be customized to one's needs. read more
