That's how ineffective and disappointing this experience was. Tim is extremely unprofessional and condescending. His office operates with absolutely no sense of urgency, and they nickel-and-dime you at every turn, with little regard for the quality or value of the service provided. Communication was a constant struggle. The paralegal, Melissa, works remotely and cannot be reached by phone -- only via email. Even then, replies were often nonexistent or unhelpful, with responses like "I don't understand," followed by more back-and-forth emails just to get clarity. I had to follow up constantly just to get status updates -- asking, "Where are we with this document? When will it be ready for my review? What's the next step?" I ended up pushing the process forward myself. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional that no one could simply pick up the phone to have a real-time conversation about the documents being prepared. Doing so would have saved a lot of time and money, instead of dragging things out through endless email chains and producing incomplete or substandard documents. The Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) Melissa prepared was inadequate. Even opposing counsel remarked that we could handle things "the easy way or the hard way," which clearly reflected how poorly the draft was received. To make matters worse, Tim had a private conversation with the opposing attorney and never informed me of what was discussed. That level of secrecy is completely unacceptable in a legal matter as personal and high-stakes as a divorce. I poured a significant amount of time, energy, and MONEY into working with this attorney -- and not a single part of it was worth it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You deserve an attorney -- and staff -- with competence, professionalism, and basic human decency. Tim was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful from start to finish. I cannot -- and will not -- recommend him.
