Very helpful employees when I went in and felt comfortable buying all new equipment. Spent over $200 dollars that day plus bought accessories throughout the course of 5 months. Then my Smok 220 W screen goes blank. I tried to figure out what happened and a quick internet described a common defect. I tried the obvious things like if it was in stealth mode, firmware update etc. All came back negative so I dug deeper into the root cause. A common warranty issue. Went back to Soo Vape and was treated completely different. They were quick to point that I was two months pass their warranty phase and needed to go direct to Smok.
