They advertised a sale on Puffco Smart Vapes that I'd been thrilled beyond belief to think I'd landed. I was so excited! I paid to expedite the shipping and added a hot knife in a brand I wouldn't normally buy, just to make sure I had all the tools I'd need when my new, magic tool arrived. I even wen to the dispensary and dropped a boatload... This all went down on a Friday. By Monday, I hadn't been notified of my items shipping, even though I PAID TO EXPEDITE, so I wrote to the company. To my HORROR, this is the response I got from THOSE THIEVES " Mark (Discount Vape Pen) Sep 16, 2023, 10:15AM EDT "Hi Rachel I am extremely sorry for what I am going to tell you, but we are out of the Puffco Peak version that you purchased. This was the last device in stock and when it was picked for your order we discovered it was damaged. We will issue a refund but we would like to offer you a similar device as an alternative https://discountvapepen.com/product/focus-v-carta-smart-rig-laser-edition/ Please let me know if you just want the refund or if you'll accept the alternative device." The "alternative device" was a neon green eye sore I declined and requested a cancellation of the entire order. Instead, this HORRID COMPANY refunded the amount I paid for the non-existent, PLOY THEY CREATED TO STEAL MONEY, then CHARGED ME EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO SEND THE STUPID HOT KNIFE ON MONDAY???!! Instead of cancelling my order, or, even better GIVING ME THE HOT KNIFE SINCE THEY, supposedly, SCREWED UP, they're forcing me to purchase it for MUCH MORE THAN I WOULD PAY FOE A PUFFCO PEN AT MY LOCAL DISPENSARY TODAY. They told me I can, "refuse the package," as if this is remotely OK? It's not. I am positively disgusted by this experience, which would be bad enough, if it were the FIRST TIME. I'm kicking myself now for allowing myself to be sucked into another purchase from Discount Vape, especially since I'd been screwed over before by them! I'd forgotten about a purchase I'd made last year when they took weeks to get my order to me. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A YUKON. It turned out to be USELESS! Of course; I ended up tossing the piece of junk they sent last time into the trash, just as I expect to have to do with the over-priced knife they've sent AFTER I CANCELLED THE RUSE OF AN ORDER.
