Then my Smok 220 W screen goes blank. I tried to figure out what happened and a quick internet described a common defect. I tried the obvious things like if it was in stealth mode, firmware update etc. All came back negative so I dug deeper into the root cause. A common warranty issue. Went back to Soo Vape and was treated completely different. They were quick to point that I was two months pass their warranty phase and needed to go direct to Smok. As a distributor for their product you should help walk the consumer through the process rather than taking their money and forgetting what customer service is all about. Oh well I should have done my own due diligence on the product before I forked over $150 + accessories to Soo Vape.

When I got back home, I called and spoke to the manager (Norma) and by the time I had got back home, apparently "someone" had taken down the sticker that said $19.99. Of course the clerk that was still there would not vouch for me and unfortunately, I did not take a picture. Don't ever buy there!
