When I called them back out he basically said unless I wanted to spend another $400. He didn't know what else to do about it. I just don't feel like that was fair after spending what I did and they never told me that would not fix it. Also, he never kept his appointment time. He always came in the morning, even when I made the appointments for the afternoon for a reason and it usually took at least a week to get him here. When you have a refrigerator that shutting off you need somebody the next day.

After a quick assessment of the issue, he gave me his findings and what the cost would be. VERY reasonable price. Five days later, he arrived with the needed part (which had to be ordered) and in a short time the repair was completed.
