I just don't feel like that was fair after spending what I did and they never told me that would not fix it. Also, he never kept his appointment time. He always came in the morning, even when I made the appointments for the afternoon for a reason and it usually took at least a week to get him here. When you have a refrigerator that shutting off you need somebody the next day.
