I purchased a condo in Manila and ordered my products from this company three months in advance. I…read morestipulated on the order that they needed to be delivered on Dec 11 2024 or they should cancel the order. On delivery day they only had 4 of the 16 products I ordered and told me that I could not cancel or get a refund. They told me the items were not in stock but if I cancelled I would have to pay a restock fee, that was a confusing theory. Over the next couple months they delivered one or two products occasionally and also delivered multiple excuses. I had many arguments with company admin about this order but they were not very interested in making things right for me. Apparently it is some type of honor or privilege to buy from Furniture Manila and I should just be happy I am getting any of my order and just accept their gross incompetence. After three months I had to go back to the US and still not received the entire order. I was given a credit voucher and a 10% discount on next purchase. Back to Manila in Dec 2025 and had to purchase products that I really did not need just to use up the credit. The only thing I can say positive about this company is that I am now done with them. In 64 years of life, this is by far the worst business transaction I have ever had and feel that Furniture Manila showed me no respect and does not even understand the customer service concept. All the products that Furniture Manila could not deliver I purchase from other companies and the transaction was complete in a few days. This company gets a zero from me.

Loreley L-Shaped Sofa with Stool Made To Order…read morePrice: 28,550 Quality: .5/5 .5 dahil nasunod naman ang kulay. In good condition nung dineliver. Pero may himulmol agad after 2 days. See photos attached. Dominique Dining Set Price: 30,999 Quality: 2/5 Not the same as advertised. Look at the pictures for comparison. Sa website nila, may pa-braid design sa edges. In reality, wala. Communication-wise Rating: 0/5 This was the deal breaker for me. Working ako abroad so magka-iba timezone. I communicated that with them una pa lang na ang nanay ko makakakuha ng items ko. When my mom was asking for updates re the orders, sabi ba naman nila, "Hindi kami makakapagbigay ng update sayo dahil hindi ikaw ang buyer." Buti sana kung nag rereply sila sa email or Viber within their hours. Pero wala. Very disappointing. Nagbasa ako ng review comments sa Yelp about sa kanila, and 6 years ago ito rin yung issue ng ibang buyers. Like hello, 6 years ganito pa rin quality ng service niyo... That says a lot. Overall rating: 0/5 I regretted ordering from them. Mahal pero hindi maganda kalidad ng mga furniture. Stick to Mandaue Foam talaga. At least doon talagang subok na yung materyales na ginagamit. May sofa kami there 10 years na. Gusto ko lang talaga itry itong Furniture MNL. Sayang.

If you need new stuff for your home kitchen, small cafe business, or full-fledged restaurant, MK…read moreKitchen should be one of your first stops for supplies! This kitchen superstore sells all kinds of tools and equipment from the smallest, most specialized eating fork to big industrial kitchen appliances! It's a warehouse/surplus shop style place too so everything's very much affordable and not weighed down by brand names. But the items are still of good quality! They import their products from Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Italy, the US, among others. And like i said, they specialize in supplying for restaurants and even culinary schools, hotels, resorts... Basically any establishment with need for a kitchen. They offer after sales services too, as well as kitchen design consulting. It's really a one-stop shop for all your kitchen needs. They have several branches in the city already-- this one in Robinsons, one in the Farmers Market in Cubao, one in Pasig right across the URC offices, and one in Pioneer Street in Mandaluyong, which is their main warehouse. It's so cool to visit here because you always find interesting new things-- even small stuff you wanna have for your own house! Nice mixing bowls and chopping boards like those ones you saw on Food Network, that strainer thing you saw in some Japanese restaurant, those cool salt & pepper shakers you noticed at a cafe, that chafing dish you saw at an event's buffet... It's like StumbleUpon, kitchen world style! Haha. If you love cooking and baking at the very least, you're gonna have so much fun checking out this place!

I have never seen so many beautiful yet functional bespoke furniture and decorative pieces in my life. Eric Paras is a goddamn genius and I am so thankful I finally found my way to his showroom. I have never coveted furniture the way I did during my visit there, and if I were living in a big enough place (and had the money to begin with) I may have bought half the joint out. Talking about that though, the price point's obviously high over here, but for what you're getting, it's totally worth the investment. These are statement pieces that will stand the test of time. You should really look into this place and see if there is something here for you and your home.

The compound itself is a sight to behold with its row of liberation-style houses, five of which were renovated and restored as The Henry Hotel; a boutique hotel project helmed by Paras himself. At the edge of the compound sits A-11 in all its post-war glory. Upon entering, I couldn't help but be taken aback by the beautiful interiors, put together so tastefully by the designer. The showroom feels very much like a lived-in residence, whose owner probably just went off to the market. You may not see him or her, but every inch of the space undoubtedly has his or her mark. Perhaps one of the grandest displays in the room is a wall of decorative plates artfully arranged and looking out to a beautiful tableau of ceramic and porcelain tableware. The kitchen is another sight to behold with its high-ceilings and rustic kitchenware on display. Upstairs, the colonial rooms are dressed up in a contemporary way while still keeping a vintage feel. One really can't help but feel enthused as each room is perused. If you are on the hunt for some inspiration on furnishing your home, a visit to A-11 is definitely a must.

I've passed by that building countless times, and I've always been intrigued by the huge tarpaulins that proclaim huge discounts on appliances. But it was only last December when I finally yielded to the call of the 70% discount they promised. I was then looking for an electric oven and a hand mixer to surprise my mom with for Christmas. From the Vito Cruz LRT Station, where my apartment is near, I walked to Dominga Street and caught a jeep to Pasay City Hall. I alighted at Buendia and walked for five minutes to the Imarflex Factory Outlet. Once inside, I was immediately disappointed to find that most of the electric ovens were at a regular price. In fact, the products on sale were limited, and most of them were on sale because of some minor defects. But my trip to the outlet did end up worth it because I was able to score a hand mixer at around 30% discount, if I recall correctly. Anyway, I was already eyeing that particular model in SM a few days prior, but couldn't quite afford it yet. I chose from the many units on display, and saw one with just a tiny, almost unnoticeable paint chip. It was almost scot-free. Sweet! I got it for my mom and it gave us lots and lots of cakes and pies during the holidays. And we lived happily ever after.
