I must admit, shops like this usually bore me. You can't really window shop, you kind of know what's going to be in there, and there's nothing to try on, eat or play with. Still, I traipsed around accompanying a friend looking for a camera. The staff were very knowledgeable and got out cameras for us to look at. They explained all the features and let us have a play around with them. It felt a bit awkward because the shop was really quiet, so the other members of staff were sort of listening in, but there wasn't much else for them to do.
I had a browse around the giant plasma TVs, MP3 players and other gadgets and they all look pretty impressive. I know Sony customer service is good as well most things are well covered by warranty and they have good customer support lines.
