I am a Swarovski member for at least a year now who loves the shop and purchases from stores often. however on the 26th December 2017 at exactly 10:30am I had entered this Swarovski store at Oxford street to buy from the Boxing Day sales, a ring that was labelled at £39 after being reduced from £72 give or take Is what I had wanted to buy but after taking it to the cashier I decided not to. A member of staff who claimed to be the manager but refused to give me her name to make a complaint took unnecessary action, In front other customers she shouted at me and told me that the ring was full price and that I was in the wrong and that I was obligated to pay the full price or to get out. I asked why she was being rude as it was their pricing mistake not mine and I also told her she was a bad person, after going back and forth in which I was not rude to her once she asked me to queue up again. I did so, and after another 10 minutes of waiting the supposed manager told another staff member cowrite a number on a piece of paper to hand to me which instead of making me queue again she could of just handed to me herself. After all this she even went further to tell me if I didn't leave she would have me removed by security simply because I asked why she made me wait again just for a piece of paper. She then shouted for security to come and if I didn't tell them to not touch me they would have humiliated me, pulled me and made a scene in front of everyone and as far as I know I didn't do nothing wrong other then to say she was wrong. She knew English was not my first language and used this to her advantage to make me look bad, I had a very unpleasant visit there and I don't think people who discriminate should be working there. I didn't get her name but she was a women in a head scarf in her early 40's and I don't recommend any one to approach this woman especially if you do not speak English.
thank you for such a bad experience, as a member with you I will be canceling everything. read more
