From the very first day I walked through their doors, I've always been treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. Dr. Hamann and her entire staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They don't just treat you like another patient--they make you feel like family. Every question I've had has been answered, every concern has been taken seriously, and they've always gone above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. That's exactly why I continue coming back. Recently, I needed a new oral appliance after getting several new dental crowns, which caused my bite to change and my jaw to shift forward. I asked Dr. Hamann if it would be possible to get the lower device that helps keep my bite aligned--the same one I originally received back in 2020. Her assistant made one phone call, and within minutes they were able to reorder my original appliance because they had kept my impressions on file all these years. That level of organization, attention to detail, and commitment to their patients truly impressed me. It's rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients the way Dr. Hamann does. She takes the time to listen, understands your concerns, and works with you to find the best solution. Her staff reflects that same level of compassion and professionalism. If you're looking for an experienced, highly respected sleep specialist who truly puts her patients first, I can't recommend Dr. Hamann and the team at Agave Sleep & Wellness enough. I was asked to leave a review, and this is my honest opinion based on years of outstanding care. I wouldn't keep coming back if they weren't consistently amazing. I had to get a tooth replaced before I could get the apparatus for sleep apnea. The delivery date was 7/6/26 and I was to see Dr. Beth Hamann. Initially & she was in the patient room but when I asked to use rest room and came back, she was gone and Elizabeth was there. She is great but I wanted to talk to the doctor. I have severe sleep apnea. This apparatus is for mild sleep apnea. I eventually didn't feel comfortable going there. When I told them that I NEVER saw the doctor at all, Wende responded with a lie saying that I saw the doctor at delivery . This is simply not true and Elizabeth knows it. It seems like they circled the wagon to cover their asses. There was no apology. They stuck together with the deceit they created. Also with Wende, you never know what version of her one will get on their visit. She means well but can be condescending in her tone of voice.

While my assigned doctor is undoubtedly knowledgeable, his ability to connect with patients is truly above and beyond. I had trusted my previous pulmonologist for over a decade and was hesitant to change doctors, but I needed to do so for geographical reasons. He has made me feel completely comfortable being in his care, and he is not afraid to challenge the opinions of other doctors to ensure I am getting the most appropriate care. The staff is also incredibly kind and respectful. I particularly wanted to mention my experience today during my breathing test. The technician was able to compel me to quit vaping without being judgmental; in fact, I am not sure if that was even his specific intent, but that is exactly what is taking place. I feel very comfortable at their practice. While the office is busy and parking can sometimes be difficult, I believe that is simply a sign of a good practice that will likely outgrow its current space in the next couple of years. I am truly grateful to have found their office. Life is too short to trust doctors who appear less than human, and I would encourage anyone to give them team a chance.

They scheduled my appointment for 1/26 but that was cancelled by them and rescheduled for 2/1. When I called to schedule, they gave detailed instructions as to where they're located and instructed me to check in 30 min before my appt time to fill out paperwork. You'll need the full 30 min to do this. When I met with Erin, she took her time to explain everything to me and was very patient and answered all of my questions. This is the type of care I expect when I see a medical professional and I was so happy to see that these types of medical professionals still exist. I also had to have a chest x-ray and a blood draw and the nurses helping me were super nice and joked around with me, which I liked. The office is super efficient too and all my medical information was scanned in and reviewed by Erin and I felt her recommendations were trustworthy and spot on.

I'm an emergency physician, and I knew things were progressing a little fast when I suddenly and unexpectedly blasted from 3 cm to 10 cm and crowning over the period of 3 hours during an induction. Dr. Harris was promptly there and her chill manner made the entire experience very relaxing for everyone involved. She even let my non-medical husband do the actual delivery - and the delivery went so smoothly that my own OB cleared me to jump back on the Peloton immediately (I gave it a week). They made me cry over insurance issues a few years ago. It was humiliating and they did not have a drop of kindness in their voices. I was still a teenager then. I've moved around and found myself back in the area and tried to schedule an appointment. The front office staff is still as rude as ever so unfortunately nothing has changed since I was younger. They are difficult and passive aggressive. Great doctors, bad office staff. I will not be returning as patient.
