No one contacted me to reschedule or gave me any reason for the cancellation. Well this is probably where i made a mistake cause i wanted me house clean and put the booking right back. On that day, no one came. My usual reminder email 2 days before didnt come either. I thought well, they wont charge me when they didnt come... the charge posted. So i thought, i'll call them. It was sunday and i went to find there website. Their website is one of the things i liked about them so i could manage my bookings easily. Well the website was down that weekend. I thought they went out of business or something.... I filed a dispute. $160 is not nothing and im not paying my bill if i didnt receive the service.... I followed up a few days later and the website was back. I called and left a detailed message on 10/17 about what i was dealing with. Jill texted me back about contacting me... but never called me back. Now its a few months later and we're still fighting over the dispute and the credit card investigates. I wouldnt be leaving this terrible review if you had just told me why you canceled my booking and rescheduled me. I wouldve been a regular customer... PS dont leave any important papers out. Our car registration disappeared after a cleaning... it was just out on the kitchen table. Im not staying they took it, but no one else was in the house. PSS they sometimes bring their kids with them when school is out and you cant tell them not to touch the cat or whatever...cause of the language barrier

I received a confirmation email on 9/9/25 with the correct appointment time and all my payment information. I did NOT ever receive an email or phone call letting me know that the do not service my area. They did refund my money, but it caused me some stress since this cleaning appointment was for my upcoming listing photography. Just be sure to reach out to them to confirm appointment, do not trust a confirmation email.
