I bought a voucher through Groupon and I needed to submit my credit card information to secure the appointment per this establishment. Maybe there should have been an option to submit such sensitive information on the actual website and not through an email that was not secure. I offered to come into the establishment to submit my credit card information but was denied that luxury. Whoever I was speaking to had to be in session and answer the phones so I did not receive excellent responsiveness I guess but they were never rude or disrespectful and they did cancel my appointment per my r! I just wished that I could have had no issue and simply cashed in my Groupon massage for our date ‍. UPDATE: So, Inkk reaches back out to me and I rebooked with Inkk because we worked it out!... and she did an amazing job! Like I said before, she was never disrespectful or unprofessional. There was just a miscommunication issue at first. I would definitely go back!!!

There have been many reports of massage establishments being raided on suspicion of prostitution. Call me paranoid, but I did not feel comfortable enough to go inside. Not only that, but if you attempt to reach the establishment's personnel by phone number, no one picks up. I called multiple days in advance to book, as per the instructions on the groupon fine print. It wasn't until I didn't show up for the appointment that someone finally reached out. The therapists inside may be great, but unless you are oblivious to caution or wish not to judge a book by its cover, then I do not recommend coming here. Update: The owner's comment below is that of a different client. For one, I do not have a daughter, I'm 22 with no kids period, and never had a chance to step foot into the establishment. But sure, my testimony is definitely "not true". I also booked on 10/9 for an appointment that is 10/10, since the website indicated availability for that day. Below you will find screenshots of our conversation and time of appointment as well as date of booking. I had considered our conversation quite cordial and although I lost money, I was accepting of it considering the therapist's time was also lost. After reading about the other client's story, it seems I was right in not going in.
