It's clear they genuinely care about their patients, which means the world to me. They have made me feel whole. The day after my surgery, they even called to see how I was doing! I underwent an AbEX procedure with Dr. Todd Case through Sono Bello. While I do not regret having the lower abdominal flap removed, the overall experience and final outcome did not meet the expectations set during my consultation. At nearly eight months post-procedure, my abdomen is still not smooth, with uneven contouring along the incision lines and noticeable asymmetry on the sides. My belly button was made extremely small so much so that I cannot even fit my pinky finger into it which was not discussed beforehand and has been disappointing cosmetically. While I can see a difference compared to before surgery, the results do not resemble any of the before-and-after photos shown during the consultation process. Those images set an expectation that, in my experience, does not reflect realistic outcomes. Additionally, my post-operative follow-up appointment was rescheduled five separate times. This level of scheduling inconsistency made it difficult to feel supported during recovery and does not reflect a patient-centered experience. Dr. Case was professional, but overall the process, communication, and final results fell short of what I expected for a procedure of this cost. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others seeking predictable, cosmetic-level results. read more

Staff is super; however, it is difficult to schedule appointments. I work M-F 8-5 and so do they! (The fact that I have a job allows me the privilege to splurge on SB.) My schedule directly conflicts with their availability causing my 8 treatments to be stretched over a 3 month period of time. If I'd known this going in, I would have waited until I could get in each week for maximum benefit. When I addressed this with the staff, the response was, "I apologize for the inconvenience". I don't think they should take on clients if they are unable to accommodate. BTW potential scheduling conflicts were discussed during my consultation and there was no mention of being unable to accommodate. read more

Sonobello pretty much forgot about me as a client after my surgery. They canceled and rescheduled almost every appointment after my first post op. It was as if I was no longer a priority once my surgery was paid for and completed. It's very disappointing feeling as if no one really cares or is willing to call you back or answer any post op concerns i have had. I have never once felt like a priority to Sonobello. Once I paid $19,000, they forgot about me when I needed them the most. read more

the procedure was fine as was everything leading up to it, it was the after care that was lacking. They ran 15mins late even though I was the first patient on the schedule for the lymphatic massage thing. I know this because I was 'lucky' enough to be able to view the entire schedule for the day / patient names and appointment details as well as all internal emails as the technician did not lock her screen prior to exiting the room - MAJOR PRIVACY VIOLATION. Wow. Saw advertisement and called to get information on what type of services they have. I thought at 61yo, mabey clean a few areas up. Rude person answered information line. Told her my age and she fricken sighed! Tried to ask simple questions about services they have and she would not allow me to talk. (I'm a Retired Nurse, we do want the wee question chit answered.) She again cut me off and demanded my medical history before even answering a question. She told me : "We don't take just anybody here!". Wow. Told her I would call back at different ti.e. If they treat you dismissively and snobby on phone, don't think it they will treat you better when you get there??? I had an appointment today and ran late due to traffic; I called and let them know I will be there just a few minutes late; I was reassured I would still be seen even. When I arrived, my appt was for 5:15 pm and I arrived @ 5:17 pm, that I had to still fill the paperwork out and there was NO WAY I could been seen, period! I then asked that I would fill the paperwork out while waiting but I was still told...NO WAY, they cannot see me. I am very upset as I have been waiting almost 10 + years to finally make the appointment, and then driving for 45 minutes, arriving a few minutes late, being turned away. That is not how you treat potential business. I will let my friends who are also looking into a treatment, that to NOT Waste their time, they do not care, their time is more important. read more

BAD results from DR ROBLES I had a very bad experience with Dr. Robles and SonoBello. I had liposuction procedure done March 2022. As the summer months came around, I noticed a very large indentation in my stomach area from where Dr. Robles had perform the procedure. I was patient and waited all summer, thinking that this was part of the healing phase, and that my stomach area would even out, after I was fully healed. As fall approached, I became very concerned with the area because it was very noticeable. I was able to get a consultation for a post procedure Check up and talk with Dr. Robles about my concerns. Dr. Robles is clearly the worst Surgeon in that building. He looked at my stomach and pretended not to notice the large indent that he created. He showed very little concerned, nor did he care about his poor quality and technique when performing my liposuction. Unable to show humility, and admit that he did a poor job. I have spoke with 2 other doctors who special in body contouring and they have all told me, any indent that I have on my stomach from the procedure is a " reflection on the skill set, poor technique, used, and overall lack of education by this surgeon". I gave Dr. Robles the opportunity to resolve this matter and fix the situation, but he told me there is nothing that he will do. I asked him if the Venus program at their office would be any help to me, and with no reassurance, Dr. Robles replied " maybe, you can book an appointment see what happens". This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional from a business like Sonobello. I paid for their services, and their doctor, Dr. Robles made my stomach appear worse than before it was going into the surgery. I expressed my concern with the nurse that I spoke with on my post procedure exam that occurred on November 2, 2022, and she stated that a person would be reaching out to me shortly to talk about my results and see if there was any other options. It's a month past being told that, and I have not heard anything. Like everybody who has gone to Sonobello, I paid good money, for good results. If your staff member messed up the procedure and did something wrong, then Sonobello needs to do the right thing and fix/resolve the issue. It is clear that Dr. Robles is the surgical doctor that graduated, most likely graduated at the bottom of the class, but still is considered a doctor. I would highly recommend anybody looking into Sonobello, stay away from Dr. Robles and his poor surgical skills. All he needs to do is admit that he messed up, and he needs to fix the issue with surgery or any other treatment provided by Sonobello. He needs to be a grown man, show humility, and own up to his quality of work. read more

BEWARE! Sonobello botched some liposuction on my thighs leaving rolls of hanging skin. When I complained and asked for it to be fixed, the head surgeon said they were unable and that I would need a thigh lift - which Sonobello doesn't do. I had to pay over $13k to another surgeon to get a thigh lift to fix Sonobello's mistake and they refused to reimburse me the money I had to pay to fix THEIR MISTAKE!! I had a wonderful experience with the staff and Dr. Case. I got laser assisted liposuction on my chin and neck. The procedure was uncomfortable but pain free. The recovery was better than expected and the staff was available for any questions or concerns I had. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I can't recommend them enough. The worst and most painfull of my life. I don't want you to go through the pain I did so read this review that could save you from a pain you will remember for the rest of your life. First of all, they give a pill to "relax" but In my case the pill didn't work so felt the huge needle going underneath my skin every time. But before that, they use something to cut the skin so the needle can go through and that was so painful I can't even describe it. The doctor stopped for a moment and he said we were going to take a break and that's where I thought he was done but when he left for a few minutes, the nurse said he just injected the liquid to be able to get the fat. Then he came back and started with the procedure. I Felt I was being burned alive! I told them I couldn't handle the pain and I was crying!!! i didn't notice a big change and I believe it was because the doctor had to stop because I couldn't handle the pain. Horrible office experience. I drove 50 miles, 1.5 hours because of traffic, to get there for my appointment and I arrived right on time, however the doctor refused to see me because I didn't arrive 15 minutes early for the paperwork. I called them twice during my drive to warn them that I was in traffic but they put me on forever hold and didn't answer. I still didn't expect that they would turn me away because I arrived exactly on time and even told them I took time off work and drove all the way there but they didn't care. read more

I went to this location on the 16th of August spoke with Camille the consultant explained what I wanted which was I wanted my whole torso she started laughing . So she said to do the bra rolls and take it in a little bit in the waist My concern was my bras do not fit at all on bulging over and I don't care what size a bra I buy they just don't fit right but I did want the whole torso but I said okay so this will help the bra issue and she said yes it definitely would. I went in and had the procedure done on the 29th of August first of all let me just say so painful so painful You're awake through the whole thing and it is not pleasurable by any means secondly they put me in the wrong compression garment right out of the gate for the area that they did their compression garment that they put me in did not even reach that area so it was useless The second garment that came to my house that I was to take with me on my 3 week checkup was the same type of garment and it was also too small. When I went for my 3-week checkup I showed the nurse I was completely lopsided My left waist had moved in a lot more than my right waist the same with the bra roll she told me to wait because of the swelling. Well today is the 29th of September 30 days since my procedure I still have the issues with the bra because they did not remove from the back which should have been done My waist is still crooked. They totally mislead you with their commercials they claim that you could get everything done in one visit that is not true they don't mention that it takes up to 6 months for you to supposably see the full results and never heard of such a thing they also do not tell you exactly how painful it is. I have had liposuction and 1998 so I know the results I was put to sleep for that procedure in 1998 one week after the procedure you could see 100% difference you never had to go back and have a different type of procedure performed to to complete it so I don't know All I can say is I highly recommend if anybody is wanting any kind of body sculpting do not go to sonobello find yourself a good quality highly recommended plastic surgeon your results will be by far better way less pain and the results are fast you don't have to wait until 6 months read more

I really like Dr Case and the nurses are wonderful, and answer all of my post op questions/concerns. On the sales side and pre-op, they do not explain enough about the post op pain and what 3-6 mos to see the final results actually means from a progression standpoint. They need to provide more realistic expectations in a way that is more truthful and find a way to also keep a potential client interested in moving forward. The sales person also had suggested that I do my waist along with abdomen, and at the pre-op visit Dr Case said doing the hips was a better option, I am VERY THANKFUL as he was 100% right and it has made a big positive difference in the outcome. read more

Showed up at 11:00 a.m. for my 11:15 consultation. Was told I would have an hour wait! I rearranged my morning because I was told I could come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and was told that they only had 15 minutes to give me for a 45 minute appointment. This is a medical procedure. No thank you I'm not shoving all that info into a shortened time. They screwed up and tried to make it my fault. All they could say is sorry. I am extremely satisfied with my care and treatment that I received at Sono Bello in Scottsdale. After reading the reviews I was hesitant to follow through with my surgery and skeptical that I would have good results. I am so very glad that I didn't let the negative reviews of others sway me. I had all three areas of my stomach treated and had the E/X procedure. I am now three months post op. No lumps, only a little swelling and my scar is looking like it will fade to nothing. I have a nearly flat stomach for the first time in my life since I had emergency surgery as a young child. I'm ecstatic about how things are looking, my clothes fit me so much better, my confidence is through the roof and I've never felt sexier. The staff at this facility is really great and they are committed to seeing you achieve the best results possible. They called when they said they would call, the follow up emails have been helpful reminders and I've always felt really taken care of by the nurses before, during and after my procedure. My surgeon, though a little 'flat' initially, was extremely competent, answered all my questions thoroughly and even made me laugh a little during the procedure (or it could have been the really good drugs they give you pre-procedure). Was there some pain or discomfort during the procedure or after? Yes, but this was a pretty significant surgery so my expectations were realistic in this regard. I went in June 2016 and had work done on upper & lower abs, waste and inner thighs. I was extremely happy with my results. There were some areas that were still a little lumpy to which I went in for my 6th month check up and they did revisions at no charge. Dr. Case was amazing and had good beside manner! Belinda has always been wonderful too. Because I had such a great experience with my first, I added additional areas during my revision. I had tumescent liposuction and skin removal (Trisculpt with E/X) three weeks ago. From my very first phone call to the office I was impressed with the high level of customer service. Everyone is so incredibly nice and attentive! My consultation with Liz was informative and she made me feel very comfortable. My surgeon was Dr. Bonillas who was friendly and kind. I felt at ease with him from the start. Sono Bello goes above and beyond for their patients. Their informational packet regarding the procedure and aftercare is very thorough. Afterwards, I was given 2 medical compression garments (other places make you buy your own), arnica pills and cream as well as scar cream. This is my final follow up visit to sonobello. Initially I didn't particularly care for Tara my consultant but I wanted the procedure anyway. I am pleased with the results. I can definitely see and feel the difference in my appearance. I can wear pants comfortably that I couldn't before the procedure. As for the staff, aside from Tara whom by the way no longer works here, they have been ultra friendly and attentive. I had surgery done 12/2017 and I have just hit the 6 month mark and I am happy with my results! All the staff are here to support you, especially Carly at the front is wonderful to talk to! Most important thing is to have reasonable goals for your surgery and understanding your pain tolerance because I only had 1 rough day postoperative but I know others who struggled with the pain, so know yourself and know your body. I am only giving two stars because of after care. I don't want people to know I had surgery but I would like to share my experience. I had my back done, over a year ago now and I have had ONE follow up appointment and the nurse didn't even know what surgery I had done. I paid in cash and I firmly believe that's the reason why my experience was not as attentive as a client, that's how they made me feel. My body suit didn't fit my body type as in when my butt moved the compressor would roll up so after much back and fourth they sent another out after a couple weeks that still didn't cover all the areas done and didn't fit my frame. Recently, because 1 yr you can see most results completed they said well there's some lumps in my back and it's lop sided simple things I just wanted them to consult me on. 2 weeks of phone tag they have my email, my phone, emergency contact, yet still can't reach me after a year to schedule a follow up after my surgery. This is probably the best decision I made for myself. I admit I was EXTREMELY nervous knowing this procedure was done under local anesthetics! The staff, nurses and Dr Cain assured me I would be in complete LaLa land and feel nothing. They were correct. I'm in my 4th week of recovery and the results are amazing.
