What a disappointment! Ordered online. When my husband got to the business, he walked to the bar to ask where to get the food. The bartender ignored him. The bartender was visiting with another customer. After a few minutes, my husband asked if that was where he needed to pick up our sandwiches. The bartender said yes, but then continued talking to the other person there. Then, in walks two people, who order drinks. The bartender takes the time to make the drinks, before finally reaching up and grabbing a sack and handing it to my husband. When the sandwiches were taken out of the bag, I noticed one had written on it that it had no onions. I had ordered one with no peppers. Looked inside, and no onions, but plenty of peppers, which I didn't want. The sandwiches were both steak, chopped super fine, like ground burger. Extremely salty. The buns started to get hard as we were eating the sandwiches, which indicated they had been microwaved. We won't be wasting our money at this place again.

Upon entering the establishment, the unsanitary condition of the interior was equally concerning. The dining area, fountain drink station, and food preparation areas were visibly unclean and inadequately maintained. These conditions reflected a clear failure to uphold reasonable standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and customer care expected of a food service establishment. Additionally, the employees failed to acknowledge or greet customers upon entry. Throughout the interaction, staff members conducted themselves in an unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful manner. When reasonable questions were asked regarding the freshness of the bread, tuna, and vegetables being served, employees responded by stating that we could "go somewhere else" because they "did not care." Such conduct demonstrated an unacceptable disregard for customer service, professionalism, and brand representation. Only after requesting the manager's name did one employee abruptly alter their demeanor and attempt to become cooperative. This sudden change further reinforced the concern that staff were fully aware their conduct was inappropriate and unacceptable. The food itself was substantially overpriced relative to both quality and condition. The products served were stale, soggy, and ultimately inedible.
