Upstairs is a lounge where you can drink. We got the chance to check out the back and learn some about how beer is made and how the process leads to delicious tasting beer. When you're at the bar you can order a flight of 4 beers. I think this is the best deal to check out their great lineup of beers. The service was friendly and informative. I cannot count how many times, patiently, the sales rep explained what each beer was like and which were the favourites. The beer is absolutely delicious. I think we all typically associate craft beer with hoppy beer but this wasn't the case here. Everything was super smooth and delicious! Definitely a place I'll be checking out again and encourage others to check out! Unfortunately there's no kitchen here but there are snacks you can purchase, along with some swag. They asked us to pay first and then go outside and sit outside with the food after paying. After paying we carried out plates ourselves to the pario outside to find a table and chair to sit. However outside they told us they had a event going on and we were not allowed to sit. We needed to have a wristband. They made us stand and be stranded with food. They didn't even give us a table. The folks inside would not be able to accommodate all of us because they said the table that we were on was reserved which was not told to us prior to us ordering. This was a terrible day its a nightmare to me and my friends.

There seemed to be just one server who was working as hard as she could. After quite a wait to get the correct drinks and food orders, half the group got their food, half didn't... that meant six people had finished their food before the others had even started! Totally unacceptable. And when the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and mediocre. We even had to ask for napkins and utensils. Come on, Tracks! Get it together! No electricity, No refrigeration, No machinery... Everything are done by hand with no chemical or preservatives! This is different than the commercial version that they sell in LCBO. We ended up tasting 3 samples - Rifleman's Ration - brewed especially for the season is unfiltered brown ale, caramel and earthy taste Stout - really flat, taste just like medicine.. but apparently rich in iron IPA - really interesting taste as it is brewed with a citrus hop, quite difference than the usual IPA Tour itself is really interesting! Not only about the historic brewing method but a great lesson of Ontario's beer history. The costumed guide was quite entertaining and I love how all the participants were involved. We were all assigned as one of the historical characters: Brewers, Politicians, Tavern Owners, Temperance Advocates* At the end of the tour, you also able to purchase a 2 L growler with beers that are brewed on site ($12+$4 deposit). The only downside is in order to visit the brewery, $15 admission to the Pioneer Village has to be paid on top of the tour itself! If not I won't mind coming to the Brewery Pub to have a drink of their special brews!! And if you drive, $7 extra for parking! No frosted Beer Can showing you it has reached Rocky Mountain Coldness. Why? Think back when you were 150 years younger. Electricity, Fridge, Machinery. Nada.
