We made an appointment to visit their showroom warehouse. My husband and I were impressed with the quality of the product as well as the customer service. We had demolition that needed to be done, and were able to place a deposit but delay delivery until we were ready. The space has turned out as beautiful as I imaged, the installation went smoothly even though our old house has crooked uneven walls. All the fine tuning has been completed, I need to finish installing the hardware and now it's time to start putting everything away in our new space. So I emailed them back and the associate proceeded to tell me what I can do with my kitchen. The working triangle was all wrong. I asked for a walk in pantry, and what I received was 2 shelves and base cabinets. I wouldn't even be able to get to my shelves without climbing on my counters. I wish they would have listened better. Then when I asked if they could come back out so I could explain better. They said that they were super busy and they would have to wait for a slow day to come by.

We had hired Clear Creek Landscaping for our project which turned out to be a very poor choice, there work ethic and quality of work is just horrible. Our irrigation manifold was leaking in 5 spots even after Clear Creek tried 5 times to fix it...they had no idea what they are doing...G&S came in and tore out all the poor irrigation work and replaced it with proper connections and took the time to make sure everything was secure with proper fittings and clamps. The before / after was just fantastic. They got everything done on time, and cleaned up when they were done. I wish I would have hired G&S to begin with. Thank you for the great work!

This company (man) claims to sell the Bar-Tech Organic soil... and charges higher prices... but the actual soil he is selling seems to be the Bar-Tech Ag Builder that only has 50% dry organic matter... if that?!?! We will never trust this company again without proof that his soil is truly what he claims.
